Thank you for purchasing our true wireless earbuds with charging case. Please read this instruction manual carefully before using the earbuds.
Care and Maintenance
- Charge the earbuds at least once every 6 months.
- Do not store the earbuds in extreme temperatures (< 0 ℃ or > 45 ℃).
- Do not use chemicals or detergents to clean the earbuds.
- Do not drop or knock your earbuds on hard surfaces.
- Do not scrape the surface with sharp objects.
- Do not try to dismantle the earbuds.

Usage Instructions
- Pairing the earbuds with your smartphone
Step 1. The earbuds would turn on once they are taken out from the charging case, or long press the control button of both earbuds to turn on the earbuds, with voice prompt of ‘Power on’.
Step 2. RED and BLUE LED would start blinking on both the earbuds. Both
of the earbuds would automatically pair with each other within 5 secs.
Once they are paired with each other, one of the earbuds would show a RED and
BLUE LED blinking alternatively, which means they are ready to pair with your
smartphone.
Step 3. Now switch on Bluetooth in your smartphone to search for nearby
devices and pair with the name ‘TWQ-40’ with voice prompt ‘Connected’ after
the pairing succeed. Enter ‘0000’ if prompted for password.
The earbuds would re-connect with smartphone automatically after pairing.
Notes:
The L or R earbud can be used alone to pair with your smartphone, and thus
only mono sound is available.
During Music Playback
2.1 Press the L or R button ONCE to Play / Pause the track
2.2 Long press the L or R button for 2 seconds to skip to Next track
2.3 Press the L or R button TWICE to redial the last phone number
During Calls
3.1 Press the L or R button ONCE to attend the incoming call / end the call.
3.2 Press the L or R button TWICE to reject the incoming call.
Charging earbuds & case
4.1 Put the earbuds into the charging case and press the button on the case,
the earbuds would start charging automatically with LEDs glowing RED, and BLUE
after full charge.
4.2 Charge the charging case through the USB cable, or put it on a qualified
wireless charging pad (not included), with LED blinking RED, and glows after
full charge.
