USEFUL TIPS
- Freshly prepared juices of fruits and vegetables only have a limited time until they spoil. Consume the produced juice and store the rest of it in the refrigerator.
- With the juicer you can extract the juice from virtually all kinds of fruits and vegetables. The more the water the fruits/vegetables contain the more juice can be extracted. Waterless fruits and vegetables such as bananas or avocados are not suitable for juice extraction.
- If possible, use ripe fruits in order to get more juice.
- Wash your fruits and vegetables thoroughly before extracting the juice from it.
- Remove the peel if you would like to extract the juice from fruits and vegetables with hard peel (e.g. melons, mangos, citrus fruits).
- Stone fruits (such as cherries, plums, peaches…) must be seeded before extracting the juice from it.
- If necessary, cut the fruits/vegetables into small pieces so that it readily fits into the feed chute.
- Fruits and vegetables with thin peel (e.g. apples, pears, carrots…) do not have to be peeled. In this casewe recommend that you don’t remove the peel in this case because it contains valuable vitamins.
- Leafy vegetables can be processed best if they are firmly rolled up in advance.

HOW TO CLEAN & STORE YOUR HIGH POWER JUICER
Prior to each cleaning, disconnect the appliance from mains power. Never submerge the electric motor unit in water or other liquids. Be careful when handling the juicer sieve, as the blades are sharp! When cleaning, do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaners. They could damage the surface.
- Ensure that the device is switched off and not connected to mains power.
- Ensure that all rotating parts in the juicer have come to a complete stop.
- Open the locking lever.
- Take the lid and the plunger off.
- Remove the juicer sieve from the drive disc of the motor unit. To do so, pull it up and off carefully using both hands. Note: When using the device for the first time, the juice filter (sieve) fits very tight on the drive disc. For this reason, be careful when removing it to prevent injury!
- Remove the pomace container with the juice discharge.
- Empty the pomace container and clean all removable parts with warm water and a mild detergent or in the dishwasher. Then dry all parts thoroughly. Please keep in mind: All removable parts can be cleaned in the dish washer. However, frequent cleaning in the dishwasher may dull the blades of the juicer sieve. For this reason, we recommend cleaning juicer sieve by hand only.
- If necessary, clean the motor unit with a damp cloth.
- Assemble the device once all parts have dried completely.
- Store the device in a clean, dry, frost-free location that is not accessible to children and animals.
