BATTERY WARNING
Do not attempt to replace the rechargeable battery yourself- you may damage

extremely hot weather). Otherwise, it can overheat, catch fire or the
performance will degenerate, and the service life will be shortened.
Do not use the rechargeable battery item in a location where static
electricity is rich, otherwise, the internal safety devices may be damaged,
causing a harmful situation.
In case the electrolyte gets into the eyes due to the leakage of the battery,
do not rub your eyes! Rinse eyes with clean running water and seek medical
attention immediately. Otherwise, it may injure the eyes or cause a loss of
sight.
If the battery gives off an odor, generates heat, or in any way appears
abnormal during use, recharging, or storage, immediately remove it from a
battery charger and place it in a sealed vessel such as a metal box.
Be aware discarded batteries may cause fire, do not heat the product or throw
it into the fire.

If you eventually want to dispose of this product at a later time, please
observe the following instructions: Electronic equipment should not be
disposed of together with household waste. Please recycle the device if the
appropriate recycling ways are available to you. Please contact your local
authority or retailer and ask them for advice on recycling.

Consumer Law. You are entitled to a 1-year replacement warranty in which you
are entitled to
have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
What you must do :
If a defect has appeared within 90 days from the date of purchase, the product
may be returned to the retailer for a replacement.
If a defect has appeared after 90 days from the date of purchase, you must
initiate a repair by following the online repair process at
www.LucidSound.com.au.
Once all details are completed, you will receive a return authorization number. Then, label and ship your LucidSound headset – including the return authorization (RA) number, freight prepaid, to LucidSound’s authorized repair center.

Please ensure the return authorization (RA) number is prominently displayed on the outside of your packaging. The cost incurred to return the product to the retailer or to the authorized repair center as part of a Warranty claim is your responsibility.

product or any defective parts. We will also bear the reasonable costs of
standard return shipping. If this
cannot be done, then we will refund the purchase price to you.
