DESCRIPTION
Please read the safety instructions carefully before using your appliance.
USE
Please wash all parts before first use.
Place your slicer on the worktop so you are facing the side of the pusher and will be pushing the food away from you. You should be able to see the on/off switch.
Always use the food pusher when slicing food as the blade is extremely sharp.
Do not use your food slicer for more than 10 minutes at one time.
SHARPENING THE BLADE
The blade requires regular sharpening.
CLEANING AND AFTERCARE
Disconnect the slicer from the power supply and ensure the thickness control knob is set at 0.
Wash the blade in hot soapy water and dry thoroughly.
Take care when handling the blade as it is extremely sharp. We suggest wearing
protective gloves.
Never use an abrasive sponge or aggressive detergent. Never immerse the
appliance in water or any other liquid.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
This symbol means that this product must not be treated as household waste. It must be taken to a suitable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. To find out where your nearest collection points are, contact your local council or local waste reception centre.

warranty : in kitchen areas reserved for personnel in shops, offices and other workplace environments, on farms, by the patrons of hotels, motels and other commercial environments of a residential nature, and in bed and breakfast-type environments.
