ACTIVATION

To use Wyze Sense Keypad, you will first need to have set up your Wyze Sense Hub (sold separately) and activated Wyze Home Monitoring Service. To activate your service, enter your activation code through the following link: services.wyze.com.

Note: If you ordered a Wyze Core Starter Kit online, you may activate your Home Monitoring service through your email.

SETUP

  1. Control and monitor your entire home via the Wyze app. To get started, simply download the Wyze app to your mobile  phone and log in or create an account.

  2. If you haven’t already activated Home Monitoring, navigate to the Wyze app and go into the Home Monitoring Tab. When your Home Monitoring license is activated, you can tap on the Start Setup button. This will guide you through the installation process. Not seeing this screen? Go to services.wyze.com to activate.

  3. To add your device to a previously installed system, open the Wyze app and tap the + plus sign on the top left corner of the Home screen. Tap Add Device and select Wyze Sense Keypad. Follow the instructions in the Wyze app to finish setup.

INSTALLATION

The Keypad is designed to be mounted on the wall near your door and it connects to the Hub

Installing the wyze

  1. Slide the mounting plate off and remove the plastic pull tab.
  2. Press the Reset button 2
  3. Name your keypad 3
  4. Clean the desired mounting location and 4 wait for it to dry completely
  5. Use the adhesive back or screws to 5 secure the mounting plate to the wall.
  6. Attach your keypad to the mounting plate

NOTE: The adhesive is semi-permanent and may peel paint when removed
