Note: Please keep the inside of front and rear panels clean during installation.
Product Layout
Product range of application: suitable for plastic steel doors, wooden doors,
metal doors.
Provide suitable door thickness 35mm ~ 55mm or customized 55mm ~ 75mm.
The center distance of the adjustable latch is 60mm and 70mm (the center
distance of the fixed latch is 60mm and 70mm for choice).
The adjustable latch shall be installed on the door with the center distance
of 60mm and 70mm.
When leaving the factory, the center distance of the latch shall be set at the
position of 60mm.

Note: Please confirm the door-opening indication before installing , or the rotary knob as well as the electronic part can not be removed.
When set latch from 2-3/8”(60mm)to 2-3/4”(70mm), press the latch bolt head to
the right, turn the locking clockwise and pull it to the right, then reverse
and reset.
Installation steps
Unlock the door according to the size of the installation paper gauge（ Open the buckle plate and buckle box hole at the corresponding position on the door frame)
- Drill hole size indicated on the template and press latch until it is flush with the door edge
- Installed the latch on the door by using screws
- Adjust the tail piece to suitable length
- Install exterior touchscreen assembly . Make sure the silicon gasket is attached to the surface in the correct position, and the control wire passes through the door to interior (under the latch body)
- Install the mounting plate to the interior surface of the door with mounting screw, and the mounting plate pad is attached to the inside door surface, keeping the front panel parallel to the mounting plate and the side of the door.
- Adjust the left and right direction of the rotary knob according to the actual door opening direction.
- Plug the data cable into the socket of the rear panel and install the rear panel to the mounting board with mounting screws.
- Install the striker box and the strike plate on the door frame.
- Test the rotary knob to check whether the latch can work smoothly. If it cannot be rotated, please backto Step 6 and adjust the rotary knob to the other side.
- Use the key to check whether the latch can work smoothly, and whether the key can be pulled out normally. If not, please back to Step 4 to check the direction of the tail pieces(horizontal).
- Insert 4AA 1.5V Alkaline batteries(not included) into the battery compartment in the indicated direction, test the touch keypad , then install the battery cover.
- Press the “Restore Factory” button on the back panel for 5 seconds, and enter # to initialize the lock
Identifying your door handing
- Left inner door: stand outside, facing the door, the door hinge is on the left, and the door is pushed inward.
- right inside door: stand outside, facing the door, the door hinge is on the right, and the door to push inward.
- left door door: stand outside, facing the door, the door hinge is on the left, and open the door to pull out.
- right outside door: stand outside, facing the door, the door hinge is on the right, and open the door to pull out.
Reminder:
- The initial password of the factory administrator of this product is “123456”, and the initial password “123456” will be deleted automatically after entering the administrator information.
- In the initialized state! Press 888# to switch left open right open, left open left row light on, right open right row light on.
- Press and hold the Restore factory Settings button on the back panel, and the front screen starts to count down. After counting from 6 to 1, the system prompts for input confirmation code, which is three “0”. Under the initialization state, any fingerprint, card and password can be unlocked. “*” is the back key and “#” is the confirm key. When the system lock is in the silent state (the screen is not on), “#” is the lock key.
- Fingerprint, card and password input error 5 times in total in any way, and then alarm, the device sounds alarm sound, and the door lock can not be used within 90 seconds.
- when the prompt for the first time “voltage low, please replace the battery”, according to different battery capacity can also open the door about 100 times, at this time should be replaced in time, so as not to use inconvenience caused by battery exhaustion.
- the battery use time should not be too long, it is generally recommended to change the battery at least once a half a year, otherwise the battery leakage damage the smart lock.
- Lock function: after pressing the lock function key, the voice prompts “the door has been locked”, at this time ordinary users can not unlock, only the administrator can unlock. Open the door manually to remove the lock.
- Virtual password anti-peeping function: Follow the password type in : XXX password XXX; Irrelevant codes added to anti-peep, then # to confirm. The password must be included in what you type.

Tips: Before using the following three functions,
The door lock must be set a new administrator password (not the preset
original password 123456 from factory).
The first new administrator password set by the door lock must not be deleted.
The time of the door lock must be synchronize with the time of the mobile
phone, otherwise the following three functions cannot be used.

Temporary Password: Open WeChat, enter D lock in search, enter small program to get temporary password.

Apartment management system: Open WeChat, enter a home in the search, enter the small program, set up the apartment management system.

Operation instructions for “Tuya smart” APP to unlock the lock remotely：

a. Download and install the application “Tuyasmart” on the mobile phone (as shown in the picture)

b. Open the “Tuyasmart” application and enter the “registration” interface. Click “mobile phone number/email address” to register the relevant mobile phone number or email address, or bind the relevant QQ account or WeChat account for registration.

c. Smart Lock network connection

d. After registration, it will automatically enter the main menu interface, click
‘Add Manually’ at the top of the screen to enter the “Add Manually ” interface, click “Security &Video Surveillance” to slide to the category of “Smart Lock”, and click “Lock(Wi-Fi)”.
The page will automatically jump to the Select Wi-Fi interface,
Select Connect to a 2.4G WiFi hotspot or a WiFi hotspot without a password, and click “Next” after successfully connecting.

e. After the success of the network connection, the page automatically jumps to “reset device” interface,
Under the condition that the smart door lock is working properly, observe the keypad and see if the number “5” key is flashing, if yes, click “Confirm the the indicator is blinking rapidly”, click “next”, the system jump to “Adding device..” interface”,”Tuyasmart” application will indicate “Add Successfully” after successfully connecting with the smart door lock.

f. Gently touch the wake-up smart lock interface and press “9#” to request unlocking. After receiving the unlocking request, WeChat control interface of mobile phone will automatically pop up “Is it allowed to open the door remotely this time?”, and click “OK” to unlock the lock remotely under the condition that it is safe.
