INSTALLATION DESCRIPTION

1. Turn the electrodeless dimming knob manually to dimmer the grow light.
2. As shown in the figure, metal hooks shall be installed at the four corner holes of the product and connected with the rope hanger. then you can hoist the grow light.

GROW TIPS

• The rates of photosynthesis and transpiration are directly affected by temperature, humidity and airflow.
• The perfect temperature and humidity for your plants are found between 75)F – 85°F and 50% – 70% humidity with plenty of airflow to replenish 002.
• To keep the soil with the pH between 6 and 6.5 you may add more calcium and magnesium than normal one.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION

• Please read the manual thoroughly before you install or operate SS-series grow lights and keep it for future reference.

• Consult a qualified electrician to ensure correct branch circuit conductor.

• This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.

• For light: When connected to 5 – 15P polarized plug, input voltage is 120V, 60Hz.
  When connected to 6 – 15P polarized plug, input voltage is 240V, 60Hz.
  When connected to 7 – 15P polarized plug, input voltage is 277V, 60Hz.

• Do not touch the light panel when it is working.

• Wear protective glasses if you look at the light directly.

• Do not use a damaged power cord in order to avoid fire or electric shock.

• Unplug to prevent power surge on rainy days.

• Unplug before cleaning.

GENERAL CARE

SS-series grow lights are passively cooled with zero moving components. They are designed for harsh environments and long-term performance. Some basic care will keep your grow lights working with peak performance in each period of plants growth.

1. Ensure natural convection removes heat away from the heat sink. In order to properly cool itself, you should set a recommended separation distance ( ) between plant canopy and grow lights. Failure to do so may shorten the fixture’s lifespan.
2. To achieve the optimal lifespan and performance of your grow lights, you should check and clean excess dust, debris and mineral piled up on heat sink and LED array routinely. We suggest that you use low-pressure compressed air to clean it when the product is powered off.
3. Never use a cloth to clean the diode array, otherwise it may scratch the integrity of the silicon seal or cause diodes to fall off entirely.
4. Do not touch the diodes with your hands for limiting degradation even when the product is powered off.

WARRANTY TERMS

The following after-sales service will be provided in the premise of non-human damage:

1. You can return or exchange the product within 30 days after delivery.
2. If there is any problem with the product, you can get free service within 90 days after delivery.
3. 3 months ~ 1 year: you can choose to send us the product if it doesn’t work, and we will repair it. You only need to pay one-way freight and maintenance costs.
4. 1 ~ 3 years: you can choose to send us the product if it doesn’t work, and we will repair it. You only need to pay round-trip freight and maintenance costs.
