Not ignore the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding plug. A polarized plug has two blades being wider than the other. A grounding plug has two blades plus a round pin to ground.
The wide blade or the third prong is intended to provide security. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician to replace the outlet. -
Protect all wires connected to this unit from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs and the point where the cord exits the unit. When unplugging from the electrical outlet, grasp the plug and do not pull the cord.

After finishing the installation and connections, connect all your equipment with low volume level. Once all devices are connected, slowly increase the volume or level controls to achieve the proper position.

Any missing component, corroded, deformed, or with non-nominal load can reduce the intensity, placement and arrangement of the installation significantly. All services should be performed by qualified professionals. Important Notes:
CAUTION
- Do not use the machine while charging. This may cause battery damage.
- To save battery power, turn off speaker lights when not in-use.
- Please keep machine away from water and moisture.
- Do not open the machine or remove the back panel. This machine carries high voltage and could be very dangerous.
- In case of service needed, please call a certified technician or our customer service department. Do not attempt to fix yourself.
REMOTE CONTROL
- STANDBY: Put the unit in standby mode
- Input Mode Button: Toggle between USB, TF, FM, AUX, BT
- Mute: Mute audio playback
- PLAY/PAUSE
- Previous Track: Select previous track/station
- Next Track: Select next track/station
- EQ: Select EQ mode
- VOL-: Reduce the master volume
- VOL+: Increase the master volume
- REP: Repeat the current track
- Press to scan channels in FM Mode 12-21, Key Number for selecting a specific track for USB flash drive or TF card.
PAIRING A BLUETOOTH® DEVICE
Use Bluetooth® mode to stream music from a Bluetooth® enabled player (e.g., smartphone or tablet device). A device must be paired with the unit before using them together for the first time.
To pair a Bluetooth® enabled device with the Speaker, follow these steps:
- Make sure Bluetooth® is enabled on your device and that it is next to the unit before attempting to pair it.
- Turn on the Speaker and set it to Bluetooth® mode (press the MODE Button). The speaker will automatically enter pairing mode and make a beeping sound.
- Use your device to search for nearby Bluetooth devices. The Speaker will be listed as “SOUND PRO NDS-1231”. (This function is usually in the Bluetooth® settings menu; refer to your device’s instruction manual to learn more.)
- Select “SOUND PRO NDS-1231” from the list of found/available devices. The Speaker will make a confirmation tone upon successful connection.
You can now start playback on your connected device to begin streaming music to the speaker.
TWS FUNCTION
The Bluetooth® speaker allows you to enjoy your favorite audio played over multiple speakers at the same time thanks to the included TWS function. To use the TWS function, follow these steps:
- Turn on the speakers you intend to use.
- Press the MODE button on the speakers to switch to Bluetooth® mode. The word BLUE will flash on the LED screen.
- Please press the PLAY/PAUSE (TWS) button on one of the speakers and hold it for 3 seconds. The two speakers will connect.
- Open the Bluetooth® settings menu on your external device and initiate a search for nearby devices. Select “SOUND PRO NDS-1231” and connect.
- Begin playback and the audio will play through the two connected speakers.
NOTE: TWS functionality is for two speakers at a time only. It can not support more than two speakers at the same time.
DISPLAY SYSTEM SETTINGS
The Speaker comes with an LED display screen that readily provides information information on current functions in use. Below is a list of information provided on the display screen:
- Input Mode: The LED display screen will display information of which input mode is currently in use (USB / TF Card / BT / AUX / FM).
- Track Number: The track number currently playing from the USB / TF card will display.
- FM Mode: All FM channel display here .Briefly press the “PLAY/PAUSE” button to automatic cally begin scanning for all available local stations.
NOTE: When a USB flash drive / TF card is inserted into the USB / TF card input, the unit will automatically switch to USB /TF mode and begin playing Mp3 audio files from the USB flash drive / TF card.
BATTERY INFORMATION
The Speaker is a lithium battery powered PA loudspeaker. Be sure that you have completely charged the battery prior to first use to maximize the battery’s lifespan.
Once the power adaptor is connected to a power source, it will automatically begin charging (3-5 hours to fully charge the lithium battery). Even if the battery power is low, it will power on when connected to a power source. The battery indicator automatically turn off when charging to full situation.
With standard usage, a fully charged battery can play for about 2 hour. The battery can be re-charged about 300 times in its lifetime. When not in use, the Speaker should always be turned off to prevent the Speaker from draining the battery. When not used for prolonged periods of time, the battery will gradually lose its power. It is recommended to fully charge the battery at least every 60 days.
