Power ON/OFF
- To power on, press and hold the multi-function button until the red and blue LED flashes alternatively.
- To power off, press and hold the multi-function button until the LED turns red. Or the earbuds are turned off automatically if the earbuds are disconnected from your Bluetooth device for over five minutes.
Pairing
Stereo Mode
Connect the two paired earbuds to your smartphone to create stereo sound.

Press and hold the multi-function buttons of both earbuds at the same time until the LEDs flash red and blue alternately.

Press twice either of the multi-function buttons to enter pairing mode.
The two earbuds are connected, with a voice prompt of “your headset is connected”. Or, wait 10 seconds to let the earbuds automatically pair with each other. -
On your smartphone, enable Bluetooth, search and select “TWE-36” to pair. After the earbuds are successfully paired with your smartphone, the blue LED flashes slowly.
The earbuds are re-connected automatically to your smartphone after successfully paired.
Mono Mode
Connect either of the earbuds to your smartphone. The only mono sound is available.
- Press and hold the multi-function button of the earbud you want to pair until the LED flashes red and blue alternatively.
- On your smartphone, enable Bluetooth, search and select “TWE-36” to pair.
NOTE: In mono mode, to change an earbud to be paired with your smartphone, turn off the earbud which is paired with the smartphone, and press and hold the multi- unction button of the earbud you want to pair with the smartphone.
Talking mode
To control phone calls, make sure the earbuds are connected to your
smartphone.
When there’s an incoming call, the calling numbers are voice broadcast.
To answer the call, press the multi-function button once; to reject the call,
press the multi-function button twice.
To redial the last phone number during music play, press the multi-function
button twice.
Charging
Charging the earbuds
During charging, the red LED turns on. After fully charged, the blue LED turns
on.
Note: When charging, the earbuds are forcibly turned off.
Charging the charging box
During charging, the red LED flashes. After fully charged, the red LED turns
to a solid light.
Trouble Shooting
Follow below steps can resolve any pairing or reconnecting issues:
- In some cases, you might need to re-pair the earbuds with your smartphone when you turn off Bluetooth on your smartphone or turn off the earbuds. To re-pair, follow the steps described in the user manual.
- Make sure the battery dock has enough power;
- Put the earbuds into the dock and recharge for a while.
Care and Maintenance
- Charge the earbuds at least once every 6 months.
- Do not store the earbuds in extreme temperatures (under 0℃ or over 45℃).
- Do not use chemicals or detergents to clean the earbuds.
- Do not drop or knock your earbuds on hard surfaces.
- Do not scrape the surface with sharp objects.
- Do not try to take the product apart.
