Introduction
Congratulations, and thank you for choosing Naxa’s True Wireless Bluetooth® Earbuds & Charging Case. This manual will help you operate your new device, but first you should familiarize yourself with the Bluetooth functionality of your mobile phone or other external devices before using the Naxa True Wireless Bluetooth® Earbuds & charging Case.

Safety Instructions
Before using the device, read the operating instructions very carefully. Keep this operation manual for later reference.
- Do not use an appliance for any purpose other than its intended use.
- Warning: Do not expose the appliance to extreme temperatures, strong temperature fluctuations, direct sunlight, or humidity.
- To prevent any potential auditory damage, do not listen to music at high volumes for long periods.
- No naked flame sources, such as lit candles, should be placed on the appliance.
- This appliance should be used in temperate climates only.
- Electric and electronic equipment should be disposed of separately. Do not discard used electric and electronic equipment with unsorted municipal waste but have them collected separately.
- Attention should be drawn to the environmental aspects of battery disposal.
- The appliance contains a battery or batteries that are non-replaceable.
- Batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire, or the like.
- The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is disposed of properly.
- Only remove the rechargeable battery when you intend to dispose of the appliance. Has the rechargeable battery been removed by trained professionals?
- CAUTION! Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type of battery.

Basic Operation
- Power on: remove the earbuds from the charging case. In one second, earbuds will automatically power on and blue light will illuminate.
- Power off: Place earbuds into charging case, they will automatically shut down and a voice will broadcast to notify the earbuds are in charging mode; press and hold multi- union button for 10 seconds and the earbuds will automatically power off.
- After startup, hold the earbuds near each other to allow for a connection between the two to establish automatically.
Bluetooth® Operation
To use your Bluetooth ® headset, you must first pair the TWS with a mobile phone. Once your Bluetooth® headset is paired with a mobile phone, they will remain paired and automatically recognize each other whenever they are within range.
- Turn on your phone and ensure the Bluetooth function is activated.
- Turn on the earbuds, they will flash red and blue to signify discovery mode and initiate a device search on your phone via the Bluetooth settings menu.
- Search the Bluetooth® devices on your phone by following the phone’s instructions. Refer to your phone’s user manual for more information.
- After a few seconds, the phone will list the “NAXA NE980” as a discovered device. Select it and follow your phone’s instructions to establish a connection.
Playback
- To play/pause a song through your Bluetooth earbuds from your mobile phone, briefly press the MF button. To skip to the previous song, double click the MF button. on L/C. o skip to the next song, double click the MF button on R/C.
- To operate earbuds via Siri, press the multi-function button three times of L/C or R/C.
Answering Calls
- To answer incoming calls, briefly press the multi-function button.
- To end a call, briefly press the multi-function button again.
- To reject an incoming call, press and hold the multi-function button for 2 seconds.
Earbud Settings
1. In order to restore the earbuds back to factory settings, rapidly press the multi-function button 6 times when earbuds taken out of the charging case and not connected to the Bluetooth device.
Charging Earbuds
- Place earbuds into charging case, indicator light will turn bright red to signify that they are charging.
- Charging status will display on the LED screen of the charging case for the L and R earbuds.
- Once charging is complete, the lights will turn off.
Charging Case
- Insert the Micro USB end of the included charging cable into the input of the charging case.
- Insert the other end of the charging cable into an external power source.
- The charging case will illuminate and the power percentage will be displayed on the LCD screen and begin flashing.
- Once completed, 100% charge will be displayed on the LCD display.
