Product Overview
How To Use
- Turn on the Charging Box switch (blue or red light will turn on). This will also turn on the Podz and allow them to automatically pair with your Bluetooth-enabled device.
- Open the top cover of the Charging Box and take out the Earbuds.
- Use your Bluetooth-enabled device’s pairing interface and search for nearby Bluetooth and select”Podz” in order to connect.
- To charge the Earbuds place them into the Charging Box. This will automatically disconnect them from your Bluetooth-enabled device.
To charge the Charging Box attach the included Type-C USB cable into the back of the Charging Box and connect the USB end of the Cable into a USB Port (not included)
Touch Functionality
Make a Call:
- Connect the earbuds to your Phone’s Bluetooth.
- Use your Phone’s interface to make a call.
- To receive an incoming call tap the Touch Sensor once.
- To deny an incoming call quickly tap the Touch Sensor twice.
Listen to Media:
- Connect the earbuds to your Phone’s Bluetooth.
- Use your Phone’s interface to select your music.
- Once paired music will automatically play through the earbuds.
- Tap the Touch Sensor once to Pause/Play.
Turn Off the Earbuds:
- Tap the Touch Sensor for up to 5 seconds or until the red light starts to blink.
- The earbuds will automatically turn off if they are out of reach of the Bluetooth Device or if the Bluetooth Device shuts down.
If you Receive a Call while listening to media the media will pause and you will be reconnected once the call ends.
Important Safeguards:

Do not use this unit for anything other than its intended use.

Keep the unit away from the heat sources and direct sunlight.

Do not expose the unit to extremely high or low temperatures.

Use the product in a location with a temperature of 32°F (0°C) – 95°F (35°C).

Do not let the unit come in contact with water or any liquid. If it becomes wet, immediately unplug from the power source.

Do not handle the unit USB cable, or wall charger with wet hands.

Do not let dust or other things accumulate on the product and the wall charger.

Do not use the unit if it has been dropped or damaged in any way.

Repairs to electrical equipment should only be performed by a qualified electrician.

Improper repairs may place the user at serious risk.

If you have an electrical device, such as a pacemaker, consult a physician before using this product.

Do not place a magnetic card (ie. Credit Card) or similar items near this product.

Use the specified power source and voltage.

Do not use a voltage converter/ travel adapter.

Make sure the wall charger is inserted all the way into the electrical outlet.

When not in use, unplug the wall charger.

Place the unit on a sturdy and flat surface while charging.

Keep the unit out of reach of children.
BATTERY DISPOSAL:
This product contains a lithium polymer battery. Lithium polymer batteries are environmentally safe when fully discharged. Please refer to your local and state laws for battery disposal procedures.

SM TEK GROUP INC. LIMITED WARRANTY (“Warranty”) El For Product Categories Listed in Chart Below (as applicable,”Product”) Before returning your Product for service under this Warranty, please (i) read the instruction manual carefully.

Subject to the terms and conditions herein, SM TEK GROUP INC. (hereinafter called “SM TEK GROUP INC.”) warrants to the original purchaser of the Product (“Customer”) that for the applicable Warranty Period listed below, the Product will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal, non- commercial use (“Defects”). Warranty Period encompasses, as listed below, separate “Coverage Periods” for Parts and Labor, each Coverage Period for one year, to begin from the original date of Customer purchase. If Customer returns a defective Product (or any component thereof) during the applicable Warranty Period, SM TEK GROUP INC. will, at its option, during the specified Coverage Periods for Parts and Labor (as applicable) either: (i) repair Product (or, as applicable, any component thereof) or (ii) replace the Product (or, as applicable, any component thereof) with a new or refurbished Product (or, as applicable, any component thereof), in either case free of charge to Customer for Parts and/or Labor (as applicable) during the specified Coverage Period only, and excluding applicable shipping charges (noted below), for which the Customer is responsible. The foregoing states the Customer’s exclusive remedy and SM TEK GROUP INC.’s sole liability for breach of the limited warranty contained herein. This warranty specifically excludes any Product (or, as applicable, any component thereof) that has been subject to or Defects resulting from (a) any neglect or misuse by a Customer, an accident, improper application, violation of operating instructions for the Product, any other Customer-induced damage, or the alteration or removal -of any Product serial number: (b) any modification or repair to Product (or, as applicable, any component thereof) by any party other than SM TEK GROUP INC. or a party authorized in writing by SM TEK GROUP INC.; (c) any damage to Product (or, as applicable, any component thereof) due to power surges, incorrect electrical voltage, misconnection to any device, or malfunction of any device used with the Product (or, as applicable, any component thereof); (d) cosmetic damage to the Product (or, as applicable, any component thereof) caused by normal wear and tear; (e) shipping damage that occurs while the Product is in transit; (f) damage caused by heat sources, sunlight, electromagnetic conditions, or other climatic conditions; or (g) any acts of God. Product is sold to Customer for personal, non-commercial use only. Product is not warranted for the Customer’s commercial or rental use. In addition, Product is not warranted against failure, and should not be used by Customer for any application where (i) there is a risk that any data stored on Product will be breached or otherwise compromised, or (ii) the data stored on Product is relied upon for medical or lifesaving applications.
SM TEK GROUP INC. disclaims any Warranty for any of the foregoing uses to the fullest extent permitted by law. Customer assumes any and all risks associated with such uses of Product and agrees to indemnify SM TEK GROUP INC.
for any damages claimed against SM TEK GROUP INC. for such uses.
EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS WARRANTIES STATED ABOVE AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS’: AND SM TEK GROUP INC. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY (I) OF MERCHANTABILITY, (II) OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR (III) OF NON- INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SM TEK GROUP INC. BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, LOSS OR INACCURACY OF ANY DATA OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) AND EVEN IF SM TEK GROUP INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, SM TEK GROUP INC:S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER FOR ACTUAL DIRECT DAMAGES FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE CUMULATIVE PRODUCT FEES PAID BY THAT CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT CAUSING THE DAMAGES IF ANY. These rights vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. To obtain Warranty service, the Customer must email SM TEK GROUP INC. Technical Support prior to making a Product return. Customer must include with
Product return the following items (failure to enclose any of these items may
result in a delay in the processing of your Warranty claim):
(i) a dated sales receipt that indicates the place of purchase, model number
of Product, and amount paid;
(ii) a detailed description of the Customer’s problem with the Product;
(iii) Customer’s the full name, phone number, and return address, and;
(iv) a money order made out to SM TEK GROUP INC. Electronics Corporation to
cover return shipping charges to US destinations only, for the applicable
dollar amount shown for the Product in the table above. SM TEK GROUP INC. will
not make return shipments to a P.O. Box. For shipping to international
addresses, actual freight will be charged to the Customer. Return your Product
freight-prepaid in its original packaging, or packaging processing of your
claim (6 to 8 weeks from November to February).
