SL22 User Manual
Operation Guide
Up button: short press enter pedometer will show steps, calories, distance.
Down button: long press to activate watch, short press to return to the
standby interface, Long press to shut down the watch and restart it if the
software crashes.
Touch panel gestures: slide right/left/up to enter different functions, after
entering each function, swipe from left to right for return, swipe from right
to left for confirmation
Watch face switch: long press the screen, there will be a dial choice, tap to
confirm.
Status bar: slide down to enter, it tells Bluetooth status, battery life,
time, etc.
Charging instruction: this product adopts is using magnetic force charging.
Supports 5V mobile phone charger and computer USB interface. Put the charging
cable to the back of the device’s charging pins, it will charge automatically.
It takes 75 mins to fully charge. Do not use the watch when charging.
Caution: You should place the magnetic charger correctly at the pins. If
the charger is not properly aligned with the pins, it will cause the circuit
to burn.
The watch can connect with your phone by downloading the application “M
active” using one of the methods below: 1)Android / IOS: Scan the QR code
using any scanner, to download the app “M active”

2)Android: search and download the “M Active” app from Google Play.
iOS: search and download the “M Active” app from App Store.
Bluetooth 4.0 connection: After installation, turn on cellphone Bluetooth
and M Active App, confirm the notifications, location, all permissions are
enabled, tap Device – Add Device, search “L19” device and tap connect. Some
Android phones need to turn ON GPS to connect.
How to set notification: into phone’s Settings -App Management, find “M
Active”-permissions Management, and turn every permission ON.
What if I do not get the notice?
1. First, make sure that you have enabled all the notifications from the app
and that you have given the required permissions. If not, then you must enable
them.
2. Due to the lack of uniformity of Bluetooth protocol of various mobile
phone brands, sometimes the Bluetooth connection between the mobile phone and
the watch is not stable. You can turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone
and reconnect it or restore the watch to factory settings.
3. Delete “M Active” and download it again. Note that all permissions should
be opened during the installation process, and then the watch should be
reconnected.
Main functions
Calling
Dial: Bluetooth call via cellphone, talk at the watch end.
Phonebook: Sync the contacts in the cellphone, up to 200 usual contacts.
Call logs : Sync all the calls history in the cellphone.
SMS: Sync the messages in the cellphone maximum of 10 messages No IOS
support yet.
Notifications: When connected, you decide which notifications can be
pushed from the phone to your watch. You can select said notifications from
the app.
Bluetooth : Search the device you want connect or disconnect the devices.
Pedometer : Recording the steps you walked during the day, calories burn
and distance. Every day 0 12 o’clock all the data will be saved automatically
and reset to 0. Slide up enter option; status, on and off; history, it can
check 7 days local records; Goal set a target for everyday steps; put into all
your information, such as Gender, Height, Weight, etc. for more accurate
measure your steps data.
Sleep monitor:
The device turns on the sleep monitor automatically from 9 p.m to 9 a.m. It
records your sleep duration and quality, helps to build a better rest time,
improves sleep quality. Slide up enter options; Status, On and Off; History,
check out deep sleep and light sleep; instruction.
Heart rate monitor:
wear the watch tightly with your wrist, best position would be upper of the
hand-wrist, around 20 seconds it will show the real time heart rate data,
slide down into history,
the mode includes a single measure and continuous measure; and instruction.
The normal value is. 60-100 BPM. However, that number can differ. It depends
on your age, gender, and physical condition. Please consult your doctor.
ECG: Via optical heart rate and ECG c technology.”. 30 seconds after the
measurement the message “To the App” will appear. That means that the
measurement was saved in your phone’s app.
Blood pressure: Tap to enter and start. The measurement. After about a
minute you will get a single measurement of your blood pressure.
Sedentary: Set a reminder for you to stand up, to avoid sitting for a
prolonged period. Anti-lost: Press find the phone. Your phone will start to
vibrate and ring. Once found, press the top on the watch to end the function.
Alarm : Setting 5 alarms maximum, long press can cancel the alarm.
Stopwatch: Single timing, tap the left icon to start timing, and tap to
pause, tap again for a cumulative time.

Setting : All the settings here for the set as follows: Bluetooth
Setting: Turn on/off the Bluetooth in the watch.
Clock: clock type, there are a couple of watch faces for you to choose
from. Time will be synced once connected with M Active App.
Wake up screen receives notification: You can set wake up the watch
screen when messages are received. Battery working time will be reduced.
Display : Set the screen on time and brightness adjustment.
Sound: you can select the caller profile, select Ringtones, select
notification ringtones.
Unit : Set metric or. Imperial
Reset : Restore the factory settings
Languages: When connected, the language will be the same as your phone’s
if supported. You can manually change the language from the watch’s menu.
Gesture: Flipping mute call, flipping mute alarm, gesture wake-up (screen
automatically on once raise hand), and shaking to answer calls.
Warranty
About the fault caused by the user’s personal reasons, we don’t offer a free
warranty, as follows:
1). Disassemble or refit the product.
2). Caused by immodesty drop.
3). All artificial damage or misuse (such as: make water into the host, the
external force shatter, scratch damage of peripheral components, etc.), all
are beyond the scope of the warranty.
4. When asking for a free warranty, you must provide a warranty card with the
seal of purchase place and purchase date.
5. If you met problems during use, please contact the shop customer service
