Preparation before use
- Please choose the correct SIM card which supports the GSM network. For further information refer to the distributor or the dealer.
- The SIM card needs to support GPRS and caller ID function. c)Install the APP client on the mobile phone. For further information please refer to the distributor or the dealer.

Partial screen display and description
Partial menu function description:
- Class mode: app can be set up anti-intrusive time side, during this time watch lock screen, forbidden to use, isolated calls.
- Dialing: dialing function turns on dial-up switch in app by default, switch on, watch can dial phone on its own, and can only dial phone number in phone book after closing.
- Change theme: the watch has two theme colors to choose from, the customer can choose independently.
- Device information: app download QR code, registration code and watch ID number.
APP download and administrator account registration
- Download and Install the APP: Using smartphones to scan two-dimensional code to download APP- security guardian, generally open and download in the browser.
- New user registration and login: After the download is completed, the new user clicks on the registration icon and registers the account according to the prompt.
Note: the number of registered accounts should be filled with parents’
mobile phone numbers
Introduction to main functions
- Introduction to the functions of the home page
- Registration completed, enter the correct account and password in the login interface, click login, enter the main interface. The main interface as shown in the following figure:

To speak: To realize the voice conversation of watch and app. App sends
voice: the app starts recording and sends it to the watch after the recording
is started, up to 15 seconds. Watch end press the boot button to play the
recording. Map: View the position of the watch in real time. The map interface
can display watches and app mobile phone location, click the “positioning”
started to watch real-time location 3 minutes, upload interval is 10 seconds,
return to the default mode for 3 minutes. The map interface can real-time know
positioning watches. When positioning icon for the red for GPS positioning,
blue is the base station location.
Settings

SOS button:
By pressing the SOS key for 3 seconds will initiate the alert state. The word SOS will be displayed on the screen and the smartwatch will call the 3 SOS phone numbers alternatively in 2 rounds until one of them answers. Meanwhile the watch will also send a message to the number that monitors the watch. -
Monitoring:
Set the phone number of the parent. The smartwatch can manually call that number. -
SMS notifications

Phone book: The smartwatch can save up to 10 numbers. The smartwatch can call only those numbers.

Do not disturb mode: the watch blocks all calls during these three periods.

Restore default working mode: It restores the watch at its original state.

Remote shutdown: When the watch is ON, it can only be turned off remotely.

Security fence: the minimum radius of the fence is 200 meters, if the smartwatch leaves further than 200 meters, then an alarm notification is sent to the APP.

Alarm clock: 3 alarm clocks can be set, according to your needs.

Find watch: Use the function if you cannot find the watch. In order for this function to work, the smartwatch should be relatively close. Press any key to stop the ringing.

A remote photo: app can send a remote photo command, and the watch will send the photo to the app after success.
My interface:
- Assistant administrator: if the account is the main administrator, you can see the list of assistant administrators, the master administrator has the authority to release the secondary administrator of the device management rights.
- Personal data: the account data can be edited.
- Baby information: you can edit the baby’s information.
- Device List: You can view the device ‘s ID number. This id does not match the id of the watch sticker. The watch cannot connect app.
- Change password: can change the login password of account.
APP alarm push message description
- Access the main interface of the APP for specific information. If the smartwatch is not receiving any notifications, please make sure that you have given the proper access to the APP.
- There are 3 basic working modes which are normal mode, power-saving mode and real-time positioning mode. – Normal mode: upload interval 10 minutes.
- Power saving mode: upload interval 1 hour – Real – time location: upload interval 1 minute.
Troubleshooting
If the watch cannot be connected to the server Please check:
- Whether the SIM in the watch supports GSM network and 2G.
- Please make sure the SIM card is properly inserted.
- The server parameter IP, the Port and the ID must be the same on the watch and the software. You may see the ID number by sending “PW, 123456, ts#” from the monitoring phone number to the smartwatch. Contact the distributor or the dealer for more information.
