DAS 4 SG53 Smartwatch
INTRODUCTION
Speaker: Do not insert sharp objects into the speaker, because it may
cause damage.
Turn off methods: Press the on/ off button for 5 sec to turn off the
smartwatch (without SIM card). Do not turn off the when the SIM card is
inside.
Note: Keep the speaker away from water. If there is water inside shake
the smartwatch several times. Please read the User Manual carefully before
using the smartwatch.
- Please check if the package has all the accessories.
- Acquire a NANO SIM card and insert it into the smart-watch while it is OFF.
- Please make sure the NANO SIM card supports GPRS and caller ID.
- Install the APP.
- Scan the QR code to register.

APP register: It needs to manual register before you log in. The ID for registration can be found by scanning the QR code or by adding them manually. The username must unique and at least four characters (letter or digit). Other information can be filled out by yourself. It is pos-sible to change the password. You may find references from the registration process below.

SIM cards in some countries need to be set up before accessing the GPRS network. Please contact the SIM card operator or check the website of the SIM card supplier for further information.

Main menu functions introduction: Main manual introduction: After the registration, please login to the APP with the correct account number and password. The main menu will appear as below:

Voice chat: Voice records can be send between the smartwatch and APP. The maximum recording time is 15 seconds. The voice message can be played by short pressing the “Power On” button.

Map: View the smartwatch in real- time location. Both the smartwatch and the phone with the APP can be shown on the map in the Map function. Click“Locate” to start tracking for 3 minutes, the uploading interval is 10 seconds, it will be back todefault mode after 3 minutes. On the Map you can distinguish the location method that the smartwatch is using. Blue icon means LBS.

Setting: Set all the parameters of the watch.

Smartwatch notifications: The phone will receive all notifications coming from the watch. Press the “Alarm” button to enter the message notifications in the APP.
Explanation of the smartwatches Working mode
- There are 3 basic working modes: Normal mode, Pow-er saving mode & Follow-up mode. These working modes are different with different uploading interval.
- Normal mode: Uploading interval is 10 minutes
- Power saving mode: Uploading interval is 1 hour
- Follow-up mode: Uploading interval is 1 minute
Further information about the watch
- SOS button: By pressing the SOS key (button 2) for 3 seconds will initiate the alert state. The word SOS will be displayed on the screen and the smartwatch will call the 3 SOS phone numbers alternatively in 2 rounds until one of them answers. Meanwhile the watch will also send a message to the number that monitors the watch
- Low power alert: The smartwatches battery appears in percentage. When it reaches 20% and lower, it will send an alerting message to the number that monitors the watch.
- Voice chat: Click the talk, then you can chat with the APP.
- Turn Off: Press the “OFF” key to power off the watch without the SIM card, or remote turn off via the APP.
- Phone Book: The phone number can be used to make voice calls. Find the phone book function in the APP, click to enter, and then select the phone number to call. The phone book can save up to 10 numbers.
Troubleshooting
- Assume the watch can not be connected with the server and the device shows no connection with the network. Please follow the next steps:
- Please check whether the watch’s NANO SIM card is GSM support
- Check whether you have inserted the NANO SIM card correctly and the screen play is normal (please refer to the picture’s instructions)
- Please check whether the IP, Port and ID numbers are correct. You should make sure that the ID number on the watch is the same as the ID number of the device itself. Also the user can check the ID number of the device itself by sending the mes-sage “pw,123456,ts#” from their cellphone to the watch (the smartwatch must have a NANO SIM card inserted and powered on). Please ask the distributor or dealer for further help
- There are 2 cases if you are not registered on the APP.
- The ID number do not exist or have already been registered (please ask the distributor or the dealer for further help).
- Your registered account name has already been used by another, please select a different account name

Is the watch waterproof? Can I immerse it in water?
This watch has IP67 resistance, which means that it is only dustproof.
What type of SIM card is suitable for this watch?
The watch only supports SIM cards with 2G GSM communication standards. To make
a phone call, the voice call service of the SIM card must be enabled. Please
contact the local distributor or the dealer for further information.
Does the watch emit strong radiation? Will it cause health problems?
The watch has been tested by an authorized third- party agency. The
radiation is minimal, almost zero and lower than the interna-tional standards.
It will cause no harm.
Can I use the smartwatch without a SIM card?
If the watch does not have a SIM card, the communication-related functions
will be disabled, such as calls and SMS.
What are the requirements for the charger?
Please use a standard USB charger for the smartwatch It is recommended to use
a mobile phone charger and avoid charging the device through the USB port on a
computer.
How long does it take to fully charge the smartwatch?
It might take about 2 hours to charge the watch. There is a power icon, which
indicates the current power. When the power is low, pleas charge it
immediately.
Will it have any negative impact If the watch has not been used for a long
time?
The power of the battery will drain completely if it is not used for a long
time. Before using it again, we recommend charging the device for 10 minutes
first.
How safe is the battery? Will it explode or cause a fire?
The watch has a lithium polymer battery, which will not cause any safety
issues such as overheating or explosion of fire. Moreover, the stress tolerant
structure will ensure the safety of the battery.
