Thank you for choosing our water feeder. Before using the appliance, and to ensure the best use, carefully read these instructions. The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of death, injury, and electrical shock when correctly adhered to. Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference, along with the completed warranty card, purchase receipt, and package. If applicable, pass these instructions on to the next owner of the appliance. Always follow basic safety precautions and accident-prevention measures when using an electrical appliance. We assume no liability for customers failing to comply with these requirements.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Before using this electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be followed:

•  The water feeder and all accessories are not edible.
• Please use a water feeder in a dry indoor environment.
• Do not place the water feeder in a high place.
•  Keep the water feeder horizontal when using it. Do not tilt or tip it.
•  Do not add hot water or boiling water in the water tank to avoid hot deformation.
•  Please make sure that the power cable is blocked and stored to avoid leakage damage caused by pet bites. The power supply is in safe working voltage, it does not endanger the safety of pets and owners.
•  Do not disassemble or repair the water feeder, otherwise, it will affect the after-sales service.
• Please do not use any accessories that are not provided by the original manufacturer. We are only responsible for the performance and safety of the officially designated accessories.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

First, use

1.  Please take out the water feeder and accessories.
2.  Please clean the inner wall and top cover of the water storage bucket and filter core.
3. Please insert the filter core into the filter core slot at the bottom of the top cover after immersing the filter element in clean water for 2 minutes.
4. Please add water to the transparent water bucket above the MIN line and below the MAX line.
5. Please take the adapter and plug it into the USB interface of the button of the water feeder.
6.  Please press the button on the front body of the water feeder to turn on and off the water feeding function, and press the button for a long time (around 6 to 7 seconds) to restore factory default settings, it will come to network configuration status (network indicator flashes).

Adding water Instructions

1. No need to power off, just take out the water tank and cover.

2. Add water till up to MAX level on the water tank.
   Warning: Do not add hot water.

3. Put the top cover and put the water tank back.

APP CONNECTION

CREATE HOME application is available for Android and iOS (look for the app on Google Play or App Store or scan the QR code below). Depending on the provider, there may be costs involved in downloading the app. This appliance allows you to operate the appliance via your home network. A prerequisite is a permanent Wi-Fi connection to your router and the free app CREATE HOME.
We recommend disconnecting the appliance from the power supply when you are away from home to prevent unintentional switching on while you are away.

How to connect to the app

1. Install the CREATE HOME app and create a user account.
2.  Set up a login password and log in to the app.
3. Click on “Add device” (+) and then on the category corresponding to the water feeder.
4. Click on “Confirm” when the indicator light is blinking rapidly.
5.  Enter your Wi-Fi network password and confirm. Then you will be redirected to your Wi-Fi settings on your mobile phone. Look for a network named as your device and connect to it. After that, go back to the previous step to press “Next”.
6.  While connecting, make sure your router, mobile phone, and device are as close as possible. After that, your water feeder will be successfully added to your CREATE HOME app.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

It is recommended to clean it at least once per week and change water to prevent poor water quality or poor outlet water caused by filtration blockage.

1. Remove the water tank cover and clean.
2. Remove the filter and groove carefully.
3. Clean the filter groove and remove dirties.
4. Clean the pump.
5. Clean inside the water tank and dry outside.
6. When the filter slot is replaced by the top cover, check whether the bayonet is closed.

• Be sure to clean the power after disconnecting the power supply.
• Do not immerse the water feeder body and power adapter in water.
• For the first time, please clean the inside of the transparent water tank, top cover, and filter slot.
•  The filter may be attached with a small amount of powder. This is a normal phenomenon. Rinse.
•  The filter is recommended to be replaced once a month.

Is there any safety hazard when the power cable of the water feeder is bitten by a pet?| The power supply adopts a 5V low voltage and 0.6A low current to ensure the safety of pets.

Friendly reminder: using a broken power cable will be a hazard if pets eat it, please replace it in time.

What are the most suitable cats and dogs for water feeders?| It is suitable for adult cats and small and medium dogs.
What is the reason why the water feeder does not work after it is powered on?| **1. Check if the power cord is damaged
