Chesterton Connect EN600491 Gauge
Installation
- Install provided battery.
- Apply thread sealant on the 1/4″ NPT threads. Install the pressure sensor.
WRENCH TIGHTEN 2-3 TURNS PAST FINGER TIGHT POSITION.

Follow setup instructions in the mobile app.
Device Registration
- Select the Chesterton Connect Gauge to be added to the Chesterton Connect Cloud
- Enter a name (i.e. location) then select the desired Chesterton Connect Cloud account and select “Register”.

Connect™ Cloud

Warnings and Cautions
- Product is intended for use in industrial or commercial environments.
- Before installation, please verify that the product matches its intended use, especially the pressure fittings and pressure range.
- Chesterton Connect™ Gauge uses a coin cell CR2050 battery. Follow local laws for proper treatment and disposal of this product and its components.
- Disable the product if it is damaged or operates incorrectly.
- Make sure the product is used as specified and within its advertised operating limits.
- Do not drop the Chesterton Connect™ Gauge product. Dropping the product may affect its ability to function properly.
- Follow all nearby PPE and equipment safety requirements when installing, troubleshooting or removing the sensor and its components.
- Ensure the process fluid is compatible with the 316L stainless-steel sensor pressure port.
- The sensitive diaphragm inside. Do not insert anything into the pressure port or attempt to clean using compressed air or liquids.
