Power (green) Lights up

Off| This adapter is not connected to another device via a network cable or the device is turned off.
DATA (green)| Lights up| A Powerline connection to another adapter has been established.
Off| No compatible Powerline device was found, or the devices found to use a different network key.

Tips for Troubleshooting

The power LED is not illuminated.| Make sure the Powerline adapters are connected to functioning mains sockets.

The DATA LED is not illuminated.| – Make sure you are using at least two compatible Powerline adapters and that they are plugged in.
– Move the Powerline devices closer to each other.
– If you are using encryption, you should make sure that all
Powerline devices are using the same encryption code.
The LAN LED is not illuminated.| – Make sure your network cable is firmly attached to the adapter.

Care and Maintenance

Note
Disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning it or if it is not going to be used for a long period of time.

  • Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
  • Make sure that water does not get into the product.
