A Closer Lock

Charging

Connect the USB-C cable into the charging port to charge the case. The case’s indicator will flash momentarily to indicate a low battery.

Powering on

For the first use, place earbuds into the case then remove them from the case. This will activate earbuds.
To turn on, place earbuds into the case then remove them from the case. To turn off, place the earbuds into the case.

If the LEDs do not turn on when the earbuds are removed from the case, charge the case then try again. In the event that the earbuds do not pair together, perform the Manual Reset function.

Bluetooth Pairing

The NanoPods have automatic pairing technology. Once removed from the case, they will automatically turn on and pair to each other within a few seconds.
After the earbuds have paired to each other, to connect the earbuds to your smartphone, go to settings then select the Bluetooth page. Look under ‘available devices’ and connect to “NanoPods”.

Manual Reset

Only do this function experience issues that are not solved by simply turning the earbuds on/off, or by placing them back into the case.

  1. Remove both earbuds from the case, the LEDs will flash blue 3 times.
  2. Now gently press and hold both touch buttons for 9 seconds, the LEDs will flash red/blue before resetting, then flash blue 5 times and the earbuds will reset.
  3. Now place both earbuds back into the case to activate the earbuds and take both earbuds out of the case and wait a few seconds for them to find each other and connect back together as a pair. The LEDs will flash blue then red/blue a few times. Once they are connected together only one earbud will flash red/blue. They are now ready to pair to your phone.
  4. Now simply re-connect to the earbuds on your phone, you should see them in your phone’s pairing list as ‘NanoPods’.

Notes

To use Ski or Google Assistant, you must have a phone that is compatible with one of those two voice assistants (iOS or Android, respectively).
You must be within Bluetooth0 range to use Ski or Google Assistant via your Wireless Earbuds.
Your Wireless Earbuds will not work with Siri or Google Assistant if the assistant is not first enabled within the settings on the phone. For more information, see your phone’s user manual.

To use Sid or Google Assistant, you must have a phone that is compatible with one of those two voice assistants (iOS or Android. respectively).
You must be within Bluetooth® range to use Sid or Google Assistant vial your Wireless Earbuds. Your Wireless Earbuds will not work with Sid or Google Assistant if the assistant is not first enabled within the settings on the phone. For more information, see your phone’s user manual.
