placing the earbuds back into the case and taking them back out again always resets the earbuds whilst not being any pairing information
If you experience any difficulties always do the ‘soft reset’ as above. In the highly unlikely situation, if you experience an issue not solved by this action you can perform a ‘hard reset’ as follows.

  1.  Place both earbuds back into the case, their LEDs should be sold red (charging) or blue (fully charged).
  2. After a couple of seconds, with the earbuds in the case, gently press and hold both touch buttons for 12 seconds. You must start this within 15S of the earbuds being put in the case.
  3. The LEDs will flash blue 3 times and the earbuds will reset.
  4. Now take the earbuds out of the case and wait a few seconds for them to find each other and connect back together as a pair. The LEDs will flash blue and then red/blue a few times. Once they are connected together only one earbud will flash red/blue. They are now ready to pair to your phone.
  5. Now simply re-connect to the earbuds on your phone You should see them in your phone’s pairing list as AL Nanobuds 2.0.
