BATTERY MUST BE CHARGED BEFORE FIRST USE. TWO TO  THREE INITIAL CHARGING/ DISCHARGING CYCLES MAY BE REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE MAXIMUM RUN TIME/CAPACITY.

Your grass trimmer has been engineered and manufactured to our high standard for dependability, ease of operation, and operator safety. Properly cared for, it will give you years of rugged, trouble-free performance.

GENERAL SAFETY

KEEP CHILDREN AWAY Al visitors, children, and pets should stay at a safe distance from the work area.
DRESS PROPERLY – Don’t wear loose clothing or jewelry. Wear protective hair covering to contain long hair. They can be caught in moving parts. Use of rubber gloves and substantial footwear is recommended when working outdoors. Always wear long pants when operating this grass trimmer.
USE SAFETY DIASSES- Wear safety glasses with side shields or goggles when operating this product. Use a face or dust mask if the environment is dusty.
USE RIGHT APPUANCE – Do not use an appliance for any job except that for which it is intended.
REMOVE THE BATTERY FROM THE  grass trimmer when not in use or when servicing or cleaning. Do not leave unattended.
CHECK DAMAGED PARTS – Before further use of the trimmer, a guard or other part that is damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. A guard or other part that is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced.
LIGHTING – Only operate trimmer in daylight or good artificial light.
DON’T OVERREACH – Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
WARNING: Do not use the grass trimmer with any type of accessory or attachment. Such usage might be hazardous.
AVOID DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENTS – Don’t use a trimmer in rain. damp or wet locations. Do not operate trimmer in gaseous or explosive atmospheres. Motors in these tools normally spark, and the sparks might ignite fumes.
AVOID UNINTENTIONAL STARTING – Don’t carry the string trimmer with your finger on the switch. Be sure the switch trigger is in the locked or of position before inserting the battery pack.
DANGER: Risk of cut Keep hands away from the blade. Keep both hands on handles when power is on.

DANGER: Do not dispose of the batteries in a fire. The cell may explode. Check with local codes for possible special disposal instructions.
DANGER: Do not open or mutilate the batteries. Released electrolyte is corrosive and may cause damage to the eyes or skin. It may be toxic if swallowed. ig
CAUTION: Exercise care in handling batteries in order not to short the battery with conducting materials such as rings, bracelets, and keys. The battery or conducts may
overheat and cause bums.
DO NOT ATTEMPT to remove cut material or hold material to be cut when blades are moving. Make sure the trimmer switch is off when clearing jammed material from the guard. Do not grasp the guard or blades when picking up or holding the trimmer.
CAUTION: Lines coast after turned off.

WARNING: Use only identical manufacturer’s replacement parts. Use of any other parts may create a hazard or cause product damage.
WARNING: Use only the manufacturer’s replacement blade in the cutting head when using a grass trimmer attachment. Do not use any other cutting attachment: for example, metal wire, rope, or the like. To install any other brand of cutting head to the grass trimmer attachment can result in serious personal injury.

Demonstration of Installation Procedures of Mower

The package contains the following components:

  1. A charger
  2. A mower shield and a strip of anti-collision wire
  3. Spare blade, a blade base, a wrench, a blade locknut
  4. Work head of mower
  5. Middle connecting rod of mower
  6. One set of mower auxiliary handles, four fixed screws/nuts, one hexagon wrench
  7. Starting handle of the mower, one battery
  8. Manual
  9. A goggles

Charge the battery and open the package of accessories (1): A charger

  1. Connect the charger to the top charging hole of the battery, see Figure ①;
  2. The red indicator of the charger is on, meaning charging, see Figure ②;
  3. The green indicator is on, meaning charging completed, see Figure ③;

II. Install the mower shield and anti-collision wire, and open the package of accessories
(2) : A mower shield and a strip of anti-collision wire

Notes: If no wire is installed, the blade may be damaged when operating the mower;

  1. The installation direction of the shield is close to the human during the operation process; see figure ①;
  2. Align the four-angle buckle of the shield at the cutter head slot of the mower, press down to the end, and then rotate until it aligns at the four-angle buckle of the cutter head, see Figure ②;
  3. Install the anti-collision wire, push the sides of the wire into the holes on both sides of the cutter head. The bottom of the wire contacts the ground in the correct installation method, see Figure ③;

Demonstration of the wrong installation of mower shield:

1)The shield is mounted in the opposite direction of the handle;
2)The bottom of the anti-collision wire is installed reversely without contact with the ground;

III. Install the blade base and blade, and open the package of accessories (3)(4): Spare blade, a blade base, a wrench, a blade locknut, work head of mower

1)Align the opposite-side nut slot of the base to the mower motor or the nut on the screw shaft.
The nuts of the cutter head should remain in the original position, see Figure ① ;
2)Install the blade in the base front blade slot. After the successful installation, the cutter head screw should expose 1/3 inches, see Figure ②;
3)Install the blade locknut.
Note that the nuts with the pattern are downward (the wrong installation will make the cutter head fall down), see Figure ③;
4)Tighten the blade locknut clockwise with a wrench, see Figure ④.

1)Remove the nuts of the mower cutter head, see  Figure ①;
2)The blade base is installed reversely, see Figure ②;
3)The blade locknut is installed reversely, see Figure ③

IV. Install the middle connecting rod of the mower and open the package of accessories (5): Middle connecting rod of mower

1)Align at the arrow marks on both ends of connecting rod and insert it, see Figure①.
2)Align the plug at one end of the connecting rod with the slot at the other end, see Figure②.
3)Referring to the rivets on the connecting rod, the upper and lower rivet holes are inserted in a  straight line inserted, see Figure③.
4)Tighten the lock sleeve of the rod in the locking direction, see Figure ④.

V. Install the auxiliary handle of the mower and open the package of accessories (6); one set of mower auxiliary handle, four fixed screws/nuts, one hexagon wrench   1)Adjust the installation position by itself according to the height;
2)Open the rubber shock absorption sleeve of the handle, see Figure ①;
3)Install the lower base of the auxiliary handle, and pull the upper and lower bases on the rubber shock Nabsorption cover to make the screw holes aligned, see Figure ②;
4)Place the screws in the four holes and hold the= upper and lower bases, see Figure ③;
5)Tighten screws with a hexagon wrench (prevent from screwing off), see Figure ④;

VI. Install the battery and open the package of accessories (7): Starting handle of the mower, one battery

1)Hold the clips on both sides of the battery, see Figure ①;
2)Align the battery slot buckle and push hard in. The sound means successful installation, see Figure ②;
3)Remove the battery, hold the buckle on both sides of the battery, pull it out of the slot and pull out the battery.

VIII. Startup test

1)The starting handle includes the red round self-lock knob and the red long- shaped start trigger, and the red round self-lock knob is the fuse button;.
2)The mower starts when pressing the fuse button before pulling the trigger, see Figure ①;
3)After startup, release the round fuse button. Press the red long-shaped start trigger to maintain working; release the trigger to stop working, see Figure ②;
4)Repeat these steps 2) 3) to continue working.

MAINTENANCE

CAUTION: Do not at any time let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based products, penetrating oils, etc., come in contact with plastic parts. They contain chemicals that can damage, weaken or destroy plastic. Make sure the battery is detached (turn the unit, then use only mild soap and a damp cloth to clean the tool. Never let any liquid get inside the tool; never immerse any part of the tool into a liquid. Fertilizers and other garden chemicals contain agents which greatly accelerate the corrosion of metals Do not store the tool on or adjacent to fertilizers or chemicals.
IMPORTANT: To assure product SAFETY and RELIABILITY, repairs, maintenance and adjustment should be performed by a qualified individual using only Identical replacement parts.
If you drop the trimmer, carefully inspect it for damage. If the guard is bent or cracked, handles broken or if you see any other condition that may affect the trimmer’s operation, it must be repaired before putting it back into use. Call our customer service helpline for assistance.
