With three attachment types coupled with three speeds with indicator lights, the dual attachment slots make for powerful 150 watts mixing at 15,000 revolutions per minute.

Enjoy cordless convenience without the fuss of power cords getting in the way as the built-in 7.4V 1300mAh battery does all the work for you. Recharging is a breeze with indicator lights to signal between charging and complete charge. The total charging time takes just three hours and the total running time lasts 25 minutes. Before using the cordless hand mixer for the first time:

Carefully unpack the appliance and remove all packaging materials, check the contents to ensure that all the parts and accessories are present and are in good condition.

Safety and warnings:

Do not have the appliance plugged into the charge lead when cleaning or fitting attachments. Wash all the attachments in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly, then allow to fully dry. The main unit can only be wiped with a damp cloth. DO NOT IMMERSE THE MAIN UNIT IN WATER.

To protect against electrical shock, fire or personal injury: do not immerse charge lead, USB adaptor (not included) or appliance in water or other liquid. Do not expose the appliance to dripping or splashing and ensure that no objects filled with liquids such as vases are placed on the appliance. Do not touch the appliance, charge lead or USB adaptor with wet hands.

When using electrical appliances, basic precautions need to be followed at all times to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock and injury.

• Use this electrical appliance as described in this manual, any other use is not recommended by the manufacturer and could have a detrimental effect on the durability of the appliance and or the safety of the user.
• This appliance is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capability has or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given  supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not touch or play with the appliance.
• Do not use outdoors.
• The appliance is for indoor, home use only.
• Use and store the product in a 0-40 ℃ environment.
• Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
• Never connect this appliance to an external timer or separate remote-control system.
• There is lithium battery inside this product, please do not remove the shell of product to avoid the damage of battery or other dangers.
• The appliance must not be used in potentially dangerous locations such as flammable, explosive, chemical-laden or wet atmospheres where petrol or flammable liquids are used or stored.
• This appliance is only intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
  • staff kitchen areas in shops, offices, and other work environments
  •  farm houses
  • by clients in hotels, motels, bed and breakfast and other residential environments
• Never operate/charge the appliance with a damaged charge lead or USB adaptor or after the appliance malfunctions, or the main unit is damaged in any way.
• While the appliance is being charged, never let the charging cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or contact hot surface, including the stove. This reduces the risks of the appliance being pulled off the area and resulting in injury to people and/or damage to the appliance.
• There are no internally serviceable parts, do not attempt to disassemble. Do not attempt to repair, replace, alter or modify components of the appliance as this may cause electric shock, fire or injury, and will void the warranty. Prior to each use, inspect appliance for cracks or other damage. Do not use if any parts are damaged. Contact Customer Service.
• Never insert or allow fingers or foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust openings as it may cause an electrical shock or fire.
• When operating, do not put hands or sharp objects near the mixing attachments.
• Do not submerge the main unit in water during cleaning.
• Do not switch on the appliance without it in a suitable container/bowl (not included).
• Do not use the product with any cutlery or utensils inside the container/bowl when mixing.
• Do not turn on the power until the appliance and parts are in place as required.

Attachments precautions:

• Take care handling the attachments as they can be sharp.
• Do not touch any attachments during operation.
• Take care to keep hair, jewelry, clothing etc. from becoming tangled in the attachments.
• Remove the hand mixer and attachments from a bowl before emptying its contents.

Charging the battery:

There is a USB charging cord with this product. Connect the USB end of the charging cord into a USB power adaptor (not included) and the other end into the charging port on the hand mixer. The charging port is covered by a small rubber tap. This tab can be pulled upwards gently from the bottom to reveal the charge port. For convenience, the main unit can be placed in the stand, and then connected to charge. When the main unit is placed on the stand, ensure the groove on the main unit marries up with the groove inside the stand. Ensure the USB power adaptor is plugged into a wall socket with the power point turned on.

1. The red light flickers when battery is low, The red light is on when charging, The green light is on when fully charged.
2. The product cannot work while charging.
3. Please use a 5V2A adapter.

When there is no power, it will take about 3 hours to fully charge. Under full power, it can work for about 25 minutes during normal use. (non-heavy load, heavy load means there is solid substances, such as when stirring fruit blocks).
During use, when the power is very low, the power indicator only flashes to indicate the need for charging.

Parts and features:

Attachments:

• Kneading dough hooks: handy to knead dough, vegetable purees.
• Whisks: ideal for whisking egg whites, creams and sauces.
• Beaters: great for beating eggs, butter, cake batter.
• Egg separator: used to assist with separating egg yolks and whites. Place a small bowl (not included) under the egg separator. The lip on the egg separator can be hooked onto the edge of the bowl. Crack the egg into the separator. The yolk will stay in the separator and the yolk will go into the bowl.

Usage:

Only mix 1kg maximum total weight of ingredients with this product. The cordless hand mixer can run continually for a maximum of 5 minutes before a rest time of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes continual use, the unit will stop operation automatically for 5 minutes before it can continue use. Do not mix frozen foods, ensure any frozen ingredients are defrosted. Mix dry, heavy foods at low speed.

Ensure the unit is fully charged before use. Ensure the unit is removed from the charge lead. Ensure the main unit is off before any attachments are installed (no lights are on). Install your chosen attachments to the main unit. Press the attachments into the hole firmly so that it clicks into place. Press the speed level button. This button can be pressed to change between the 3 speed levels. The default speed is 1. Press again for 2, press again for 3, press again and no light will be illuminated which means the unit is off. The speed levels are:

1. 1000 rpm
2.  1200 rpm
3.  1500 rpm

When your chosen speed level has its indicator light illuminated, press the operation button to begin use. The operation button needs to be held down for the cordless hand mixer to operate. When the operation button is released, the speed of the mixer will slow and then come to a stop.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Do not use steel wool, abrasive detergent, or corrosive liquids (like gasoline) to clean this product. Wash all the attachments in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly, then allow to fully dry. The main unit can only be wiped with a damp cloth. DO NOT IMMERSE THE MAIN UNIT IN WATER. The stand can only be wiped with a damp cloth or washed in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly, then allow to fully dry. The kneading dough hooks, whisks, beaters and egg separator are dishwasher safe.
