WIRELESS SPEAKER COLOR CHANGING LIGHTS
Notice: Please read the user manual carefully and keep it for your records.

Warnings:
- Do not let small children play with this product – Do not expose the speaker to liquid, moisture or humidity to avoid the product’s internal circuit being affected.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean the speaker. – Store the speaker out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures (above 45°C/113°F or below -10°C/- 14°F), as this may shorten the battery life, affect the operation or degrade the performance of your speaker.
- Do not dispose of the speaker in a fire as it might result in an explosion. – Do not expose the speaker to sharp objects as this will cause scratches and damage.
- Do not drop the speaker. This may cause damage to the internal circuitry.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the speaker. This may cause damage to the internal circuitry.
- If the speaker is left for a long period without use, charge once per month to avoid the overconsumption of the battery.
- This appliance is for indoor use only. Please do not use or store the unit in high temperatures or hazardous locations. Please do not submerge the unit into the water, as this will ruin the speaker.
- The unit comes with a rechargeable battery, so please do not throw or put it in a fire to avoid an explosion.
- The warranty for this product is invalidated if the product has been tampered with, repaired, or modified in any way.
Power Switch:
On the back of the speaker, toggle the power switch to the ON side to Power
ON, toggle the power switch to the OFF side to Power OFF.
Charging:
- Plug the micro USB cable into the micro USB port on the back of the speaker, and connect the other end of the cable with any compatible charger or wall outlet.
- When charging, the small LED indicator will glow solid red. When fully charged, the LED indicator will turn off.
- Charging time is approximately 1-2 hours.
Micro SD Function:
Insert a Micro SD card. TF mode will start automatically.
4. USB Function:
Insert a USB flash drive. USB mode will start automatically. If the speaker
does not connect to the relevant mode, press “ M” until it is selected. To
avoid interference with playback, ensure that there is no TF card inserted
while using the USB Mode.
NOTE: The Wireless Speaker will only recognize MP3 audio files.
5. FM Radio:
Press “M” on the product to switch to FM mode. Radio will start
automatically. To AUTO-SCAN the stations, short press the NI button once. It
will take a few minutes to search all the stations. Once all the stations are
scanned, they get registered in memory automatically. Short press +or –
button to skip selected stations. Long press +or – button to increase or
decrease the volume.
6. Pair & Connect:
- Toggle the switch to the ON side, the Blue LED light will flash quickly, the speaker then will be in pairing mode.
- Then find the pairing name “BY-BS-172” from your list and connect to it. After the successful pairing, the speaker will play a tone, the Blue LED light will go on, and the speaker will be connected.
Note: if your device’s Bluetooth version is below version 2.1, you may need to enter the password “0000”.
7. Play:
- Connect your device to the speaker via Bluetooth (see “Pair & Connect”).
- Open your favorite music app and press play.
- Change the track and volume, or control them from the controls on the speaker.
- Press the button once to play/pause music.
- Long Press + or- button to raise/lower the volume on the speaker. Short Press + or – to skip to the next/previous track.
- All audio, including music, games, videos, and notifications will be routed through the speaker.
8. Reconnect to Bluetooth:
- You only need to pair your Bluetooth device with the speaker once.
- With your previously paired device’s Bluetooth turned on & in range, power on the speaker.
- The speaker will automatically reconnect to the last Bluetooth device it was connected to.
- If you have a previously paired device that does not auto-reconnect, navigate to the Bluetooth settings menu on your device, turn on the Bluetooth feature and select BY-BS-172 from your list.
9. TWS CONNECTION:
TWS Connection is only for two BY-AU-BS-172-BK speakers:
- Turn on both speakers.
- Press “s” on any of the speakers to pair two speakers together for full stereo sound.
- The pressed speaker will become the master speaker.
Troubleshooting:
- No power: Recharge your speaker using the included micro USB cable. Try using a different cable.
- Music Is not playing over Bluetooth: Make sure your Bluetooth device has an A2DP profile. Check if both devices ore paired and connected over Bluetooth. Restart the speaker to reconnect our Bluetooth device.
- Bluetooth device will not reconnect with the speaker: Navigate to your Bluetooth settings menu on your Bluetooth device, tap ° BY-BS-172″ and select “Forger. Now follow the steps to pair your device again.

Bytech NY INC. warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 12 months from the
original purchase date. Bytech’s responsibility with regard to this limited
warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement as its option, of
any product which fails during normal consumer use. This warranty does not
extend to damage or failure which results from misuse, neglect, accident,
alteration, abuse, improper installation or maintenance. At any time during
the 12 month period following the purchase, the product fails due to defects
in material or workmanship, return the defective product (with freight
prepaid) with proof of purchase. Please include $5.00 for return shipping and
handling. This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is
subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.
