this product will, if used according to these instructions, and properly

SAFETY
WARNING! The warnings cautions and instructions referred to in this
manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It
must be understood that common sense and caution are factors that cannot be
built into this product but must be applied by the operator.
DO NOT overload ramp, maximum capacity 680kg. All loads must be evenly
distributed. Each of the ramps is rated at 226.5kg, DO NOT exceed this.
- Always use the safety strap to securely fasten the ramp to the vehicle to prevent the ramp from slipping off the tailgate.
- Carefully roll or winch equipment up or down the ramp. never drive or ride your equipment while loading or unloading.
- Make sure the ramp is aligned with the wheels of the equipment being loaded or unloaded.
- Always load or unload on a solid, level, well-lit and stable surface with the vehicle in gear the parking/emergency brake on, and the engine off.
- Wear gloves. Remove ill-fitting clothing, remove ties, watches, rings, and other loose jewelry and contain long hair.
- Maintain correct balance and footing, do not overreach. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.
- Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.
- Use as a loading ramp only.
- The ramp surface must be clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, and water.
- Inspect the ramp before each use. Check fasteners for tightness, replace any worn or damaged parts. Replace the safety strap if the webbing is frayed or worn.
- DO NOT attempt to use a ramp that is damaged in any way.
- DO NOT modify the ramp in any way.
- Proper care and maintenance of the ramp are critical to safety.
- Proper use of this product is critical to safety. Improper use may result in personal or property damage which is not covered by the warranty.
INTRODUCTION
Manufactured from strong durable yet lightweight aluminum. Provides safe and easy ramp access for a variety of small vehicles. Suitable for loading/unloading trikes, quad bikes, ride-on lawnmowers or any other three or four-wheeled vehicles up to a maximum of 680kg ( Note individual ramp section capacity is 226kg). Features safety securing chains and extended claws at one end to help secure ramp when in use. Folding design for compact storage. Max height of the trailer or vehicle loading area is 863mm.

OPERATION
- Made sure that loading is carried out on a hard, level and stable surface with the vehicle in gear, the parking/emergency brake on and the engine switched off.
- Unfold and place the edge of the ramp against the tailgate of the vehicle.
- Secure the ramp to the vehicle being loaded using the safety chains. Test the ramp by pulling backward on it. Make sure it does not slide back or disengage from the loading surface.
- Once the ramp is secure and the area is safe to proceed with loading, move the vehicle to be loaded behind the ramp.
- Load the vehicle, make sure that the ramp is sustaining the load and not bowing from the weight.
- Continue until the vehicle is fully loaded. Secure and then tie down the load.
- Unhook the safety chain and fold the ramp.
- Store in a clean, dry, and childproof environment
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories, and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling center, and disposed of in a manner that is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
