Product instructions

  1. Click the power button to turn on, and the power indicator is always on;
  2. Put the mobile phone which supporting Qi wireless charging to the charging induction area and enter the charging state;
  3. Remove the charging product and stand by for 70 seconds when the power indicator goes out, it will turn off automatically;
  4. Double-click the power button to turn off directly;
  5. The product and mobile phone can be charged through the PD charging cable;

Notes

  1. Please use qualified AC adapter. The AC adapter should be 9V / 2A or QC 3.0 or above, otherwise insufficient input electric current might cause unstable charging.
  2. Do not place too close with magnetic stripe or chip card (ID card, bank cards ,etc. to avoid magnetic failure.
  3. Make sure the plate doesn’t get too hot. If the plate is too warm, take your phone off the plate, and switch the plate off. The plate may switch off automatically fit is too hot. when the plate has cooled down. try charging again.
  4. The led indicator will keep flashing or the charging pad will switch off by itself when charging goes wrong.

  1. Why the led Indicator keep flashing and my phone do not receive any charge?

    • Please make sure your mobile device is Qi-standard supported .
    • Make sure you find the right charging position.
    • Please make sure you use 9V-2A or QC 3.0 or above adapter.
  2. Why H charges slowly than my original adapter came wHh the mobile device?

    • The wireless charging current size allowed by the phone itself or external receiver coil is different.
    • When the phone is charging, the standby power consumption is large, so it is recommended to reduce the phone standby program.
  3. ls radlaHon from wireless charging harmful to one’s heath?
    The wireless charger emits non-ionizing radiation which is not harmful to humans.

  4. My device Is hot whUe charging, Is It normal?
    If you don’t charge your device in a good charging area ,the heat dissipation may not good and it will cause your phone hot during charging. has overheat protection function.
