Product introduction

Thank you for using Retekess Paging System, it adopts RF wireless technology. The TD161 guest paging system consists of 1 keyboard transmitter and 10 coaster pagers. Each keyboard transmitter can pair up to 998 coaster pagers. It is widely used in fast-food restaurants, coffee houses, pizza shops, 4S stores, churches, and other places where there are many guests waiting for their services. The system improves overall efficiency and service level, reduces labor costs, and enhances the image.
HOW TO USE THE PAGING SYSTEM?

1. Guests come to the restaurant and make an order. The waiter gives each guest a coaster pager; every pager has a number on it (No.1~998).
2. When the order is read, the waiter at the counter will press the number on the transmitter.
   The corresponding guest gets the wireless signal by his coaster pager vibrating or LED flashing or beeping, then he knows the order is ready and goes to the counter to take his food.

Instructions for Use

A.Before using
Wiring: The host connects to a power source via an adapter. Charging base connects to host via Type-C cable.
Connect the host to a power source, and charge pagers for 10 minutes at least before using.

B.Operating Instruction
CALL mode is the default mode. Continuously press the Delete button () to return Call Mode while in another mode. C— is displayed in CALL mode. Input the number and press the CALL button to call the corresponding pager.
C.Mute mode
Press MUTE and 999 (S999 displayed) then press CALL, all charging pagers change to MUTE mode.
Press MUTE and 000 (S000 displayed) then press CALL, all charging pagers change to normal mode.
In MUTE mode, all pagers only vibrate and flash while being called.
Continuously press the DELETE button () to return CALL mode. (C— displayed)
D.Call History
Press button H to check the recent 10 called numbers (HXXX displayed). Press / button to page up/down.

E.One-Call-Off
In CALL mode, press 999 and CALL, all charging pagers will be off. Re-charge pagers will turn on again.
Note: This instruction is invalid to the pagers not being charged.
F.Keyboard Transmitter Off
When powered by battery, long-press H, and  at the same time, the keyboard transmitter is off. Long press H and   at the same time, the keyboard transmitter is on. This operation is invalid when powered by a power source.
G.Program Operation
All pagers are programmed before delivery. So this operation is only necessary when adding new pagers or changing numbers.
Put the pagers on the charging base, press P and 999 (P999 displayed), then press CALL to enter programming mode. The operation must be finished in 20 seconds after pagers are charged. In programming mode, all LED displays of the pagers will keep flashing.
Then input the number and press CALL, all pagers display this number. Move the top pager away, the pager will beep once and stop flashing. It means the pager is programmed. Repeat the steps to program other pagers.
Note: The pagers will quit programming mode if no operation within 1 minute. All pagers’ numbers will not change if not being programmed. 1 pager only can be programmed 1 number. The old number will be replaced by the new one.

Also, your Retekess user manual or separate safety booklet includes information and operating instructions required to control your RF exposure and to satisfy compliance requirements.
Radio License (if appropriate)
Governments keep the radios in classification, business radios operate on radio frequencies that are regulated by the local radio management departments (FCC, ISED, OFCOM, ANFR, BFTK, Bundesnetzagentur…).To transmit on these frequencies, you are required to have a license issued by them. For the detailed classification and the use of your radios, please contact the local government radio management departments. Use of this radio outside the country where it was intended to be distributed is subject to government regulations and may be prohibited.
Unauthorized modification and adjustment
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance may void the user’s authority granted by the local government radio management departments to operate this radio and should not be made. To comply with the corresponding requirements, transmitter adjustments should be made only by or under the supervision of a person certified as technically qualified to perform transmitter maintenance and repairs in the private land mobile and fixed services as certified by an organization representative of the user of those services.
Replacement of any transmitter component (crystal, semiconductor, etc.) not authorized by the local government radio management departments equipment authorization for this radio could violate the rules.

RF Exposure Information
