  1. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS – THIS OPERATOR’S MANUAL CONTAINS IMPORTANT SAFETY AND OPERATING INSTRUC- TIONS.
  2. THIS DEVICE IS DESIGNED TO BE POWERED BY (1) CR3032 BATTERY. Do not attempt to use with any other voltage or power supply.
  3. Baby icon CHEMICAL BURN HAZARD. KEEP BATTERIES AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
  4. THIS DEVICE CONTAINS A LITHIUM BUTTON/ COIN CELL BATTERY. A NEW OR USED BAT- TERY CAN CAUSE SEVERE INTERNAL BURNS AND LEAD TO DEATH IN AS LITTLE AS 2 HOURS IF SWALLOWED OR ENTERS THE BODY. Always secure the battery cover. If it does not close securely, stop using the device, remove the batteries, and keep it away from children. If you think batteries may have been swallowed or entered the body, seek immediate medical attention.

GENERAL USE AND CARE

Tracker Activation

  1. To begin, scan the QR code on top of the Tracker with the camera app on an iOS or Android device. When successful, the device will provide guidance for installing the One-Key app.
  2. Scanning the QR Code after the app is installed will launch the One-Key app and provide guidance through the activation process.
  3. Upon activation an audible tone will be heard, indicating the Tracker is ready to use

ONE-KEY™ App / Account Set Up

  1. To download the ONE-KEY™ app, visit the App Store or Google Play from your smart device.
  2. Create a User Name and Password and log in to a ONE-KEY™ account.
  3. Bluetooth and Location Services must be enabled on the mobile device.
  4. Location Services must be enabled in the Settings section of the App.

Attachment

The tracker is designed to track tools a n d e q u i p m e n t u s i n g t h e ONE-KEY™ App. It will not prevent theft from happening. The tracker can be attached in a variety of orientations. Consider attaching the tracker to prevent tampering. The tracker can be attached using the following options.

  • 8 Pan Head Self Tapping Screw

  • Glue or Epoxy
  • 5/32 Diameter Rivet
  • Double sided tape or hook and loop fastening
  • Cable or zip tie
  • Key ring

Tracker Attachment

  1. Determine the best area on the item to attach tracker with minimal risk to abrasion or wear.
    WARNING! Do not secure in such a way as to impede the safe use of the product.
    Do not attach on or near the following:

    • vents
    • safety notifications
    • hand holds
    • areas exposed to sparks or heat
    • moving parts
    • moving parts
    • switches or controls
      Before using screws or rivets, ensure the space behind the placement is clear
  2. Clean the surface area of item thoroughly.

  3. If using an adhesive, firmly place the tracker in the desired location, allowing time to adhere.

  4. Before using screws or rivets, ensure the space behind the placement is clear. Mounting hole distance is 1-1/2″.

  5. Use only mild soap and a damp cloth to clean, since certain cleaning agents and solvents may damage QR code.

Every MILWAUKEE Tool & Equipment Tracker Product* is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any part on a Tool & Equipment Tracker product which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years* after the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Return of a Tool & Equipment Tracker product to a MILWAUKEE factory Service Center, freight prepaid and insured, is required. A copy of the proof of purchase should be included with the return product. This warranty does not apply to damage that MILWAUKEE determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than MILWAUKEE authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.
