Power on / Power off

Press the button for 3 seconds to turn on/off the device.

Connect to mobile phone

Scan the QR code to install the App and operate as instructed.
Noted： Turn on Bluetooth and GPS of a mobile phone before connecting.

Personalize reminder
Wear it and set the correct posture, angle and delay the reminding time according to the prompts； when the incorrect posture duration, the device will “Vibration”.

Rest awhile
Double-click the button to pause the reminder for 30 min, during which time double-click the button again to resume the reminder.

Operation and feedback

Cautions

1. When the app is unavailable, if you want to record your posture, you can press the button for 8 seconds(please don’t let go once in the middle), and the equipment vibrates twice to start recording. After recording, the equipment vibrates twice briefly, indicating that the standard posture record is successful.
2. The vibration modes of posture reminder and sedentary reminder can be modified through “Settings” in the software.
3. When Bluetooth is bound, the short shock twice indicates that the device has been found, and click the device button to bind; When entering the software again, the device can be connected directly.
4. Equipment and app are continuously updated and upgraded. Please refer to the actual version for specific operations.

Charging instruction

1. When charging, please push the back of the machine forward and remove it from the silicone part to see the charging port. (As follows)
2. This device uses a Type-C port for charging, and the power adapter should meet the following requirements， Rated input: 5 V 1 A
3. After charging, please unplug the power as soon as possible and stop charging, so as not to damage the lithium battery due to overcharging. Please dry your hands before plugging or unplugging the power adapter.
4. The battery cannot be replaced. When the battery life expires and cannot be charged, the product will be scrapped. Discarded products should be disposed of in accordance with the electronic product disposal regulations stipulated by the state.

Warranty description

Cleaning and maintenance

1. The silicone accessories can be disassembled separately for cleaning and cleaning. The machine is not waterproof, please do not wash it with water; if there is dust or stains, you can wipe the machine with a clean dry cloth or a wrung wet cloth.
2. When cleaning, be sure to shut down and unplug the power adapter.
