The Product, including its operating system and any heart rate sensors located
on the Product (if applicable), is not a medical device and is intended for
general wellness/fitness purposes only. It is not designed or intended for use
in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation,
treatment, or prevention of disease. Always seek the advice of a qualified
medical professional before starting or making any changes to your exercise,
sleep, or nutrition, as doing so may cause severe harm or death.
Prolonged rubbing and pressure can irritate the skin Please take special care
to keep the device clean as the combination of sweat and dirt may also cause
skin irritation. Product should be kept more than 20cm away from implanted
medical devices to minimize the potential for RF interference. See

Fossil Group authorized service centers. WARNING! Use of a non-approved
battery or charger may present a risk of fire, explosion, leakage or another
hazard. The Product uses a California Energy Commission battery charger.

FOR DEVICES USING A COIN CELL BATTERY
Do not ingest battery – Chemical Burn Hazard This product contains a
coin/button cell battery. If the coin/button cell battery is swallowed, it can
cause severe internal burns in just 2 hours and can lead to death. Keep new
and used batteries away from children. If the battery compartment does not
close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children. If you
think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the
body, seek immediate medical attention.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a

DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING INFORMATION
The symbol indicates that this Product shall not be mixed with unsorted
municipal waste when disposed of. There is a separate collection system for
waste electrical and electronic equipment. Usually old electrical and
electronic equipment can be returned free of charge. For further information
please contact the competent municipal authorities or the shop where you
purchased the Product. Correct disposal ensures that waste electrical and
electronic equipment is recycled and reused appropriately. It helps avoid
potential damage for the environment and human health and to preserve natural

STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY SUMMARY

or “us”) warrants that this product and accessories included in the packaging
with the product (the “Product”) are free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use for the period commencing upon the date of
purchase and continuing for two years. This is a voluntary manufacturer’s
warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law,
including, but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. Our
limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights
provided by consumer law
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts
due to normal wear and tear are excluded from coverage. CASE AND CRYSTAL (IF
APPLICABLE). We do not warrant cases or crystals. BRACELET. We do not warrant
bracelets or straps. BATTERIES. Only rechargeable batteries whose fully
charged capacity falls below 80% of their rated capacity and batteries that
leak are covered by this Limited Warranty. Non-rechargeable batteries are not
covered under this Limited Warranty.
ABUSE & MISUSE. Defects or damages that result from:
- Improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks or scratches, etc.) to the surface of the Product resulting from misuse;
- Contact with liquid, water (outside of the exposure allowed based on the water-resistance standards for the Product), rain, extreme humidity, heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food;
- Other acts which are not the fault of Fossil Group, are excluded from coverage.
USE OF NON-APPROVED PRODUCTS. Defects or damage that result from the use of non-Fossil Group branded or certified products, accessories or software or other peripheral equipment are excluded from coverage.
ALTERED PRODUCTS. Product with:
- Serial numbers or production date codes or other tracking marks that have been removed, altered or obliterated;
- Broken seals or that show evidence of tampering or access by non-authorized dealers or repair centers; are excluded from coverage.
PRODUCTS FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS. Products that are not purchased from an authorized Fossil Group retailer are excluded from coverage.
WHAT MUST YOU DO TO OBTAIN A WARRANTY SERVICE?
To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you must return the Product to
an authorized service facility in an adequate container for shipping,
accompanied by the sales receipt or comparable proof of sale showing the
original date of purchase, the serial number of the Product and the seller’s
name and address. If Fossil Group determines that any Product is not covered
by this Limited Warranty, you must pay for all parts, shipping, and labor
charges for the repair or return of such Product.
In some jurisdictions, where allowed by law, a shipping and handling fee may
be charged for warranty repairs.
Available service options are dependent on the country in which the service is
requested and may be restricted to the original country of sale. No data,
software or applications added to your Product will be reinstalled. You should
keep a separate backup copy of any contents of the Product before delivering
the Product to Fossil Group for warranty service, as some or all of the
contents may be deleted or reformatted during the warranty service. Subject to

FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You
are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to
be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Intellectual Property, as defined below, owned by or which is otherwise the property of Fossil Group or its respective suppliers relating to this product, including but not limited to, accessories, parts, or software relating thereto (the “Product System”), is proprietary to Fossil Group or its licensors and protected under federal laws, state laws, and international treaty provisions. Intellectual Property includes, but is not limited to, inventions (patentable or unpatentable), patents, trade secrets, copyrights, software, computer programs, and related documentation and other works of authorship. You may not infringe or otherwise violate the rights secured by the Intellectual Property. Moreover, you agree that you will not (and will not attempt to) modify, prepare derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to create source code from the software. No title to or ownership in the Intellectual Property is transferred to you. All applicable rights of the Intellectual Property shall remain with Fossil Group and its licensors and suppliers
