BUYER RECOMMENDATIONS

• Unpack the device carefully. Make sure there are no accessories left in the box. Check up the device for damage; if the product was damaged during transportation, address the firm which carried out the delivery; if the product functions incorrectly, address the dealer at once.
• Check up the package contents and availability of the warranty card. Make sure the warranty card has a shop stamp, a legible signature or the seller’s stamp and purchase date, and the number of the wall mount corresponds to that in the warranty card. Remember: in case of warranty card loss or discrepancy of numbers you forfeit the right for warranty repairs.
• Shipping and transportation equipment is permitted only in the original container.
• Does not require special conditions for realization.
• Dispose of in accordance with regulations for the disposal of household and computer equipment.
• The date of manufacture of the product is indicated on the box.

DESCRIPTION

Gamepad can be used in different games such as simulators, arcades, shooter games etc.
Vibration feedback imparts a feeling of realistic experience during games. Rubber coating and ergonomic construction of GC-4020 enhance accuracy of its operation during games.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• Do not disassemble or repair the device on your own. Maintenance and repairs should be carried out by qualified service centre staff only.
• Protect the device from direct impact of high humidity, dust, strong magnetic fields, vibrations, high temperatures, toxic liquids and gases.
• Instructions for device maintenance: for cleaning the case of the device please use clean soft cloth. Do not use such solvents as gasoline or spirit for cleaning, since these solvents can damage the surface of the device.
• Do not drop the device to avoid damaging it.

CONNECTION AND INSTALLATION

Connecting a gamepad to PS4 console

• In order to connect the gamepad to the console, in Bluetooth mode, it must be connected to the console with a USB-microUSB cable, with the ability to transfer data.
  Attention: connection via cable occurs once, with subsequent connection, no cable is required. The console will remember the device ID and will automatically establish a Bluetooth connection.

• Hold the PS button, in the case of a successful connection, the indicator will light up one color. One PS4 console can only support 7 devices at a time, regardless of whether it is wired or wirelessly connected.
  Connecting a gamepad to PS3 console

• With the PS3 console, the gamepad only works in wired mode. In order to connect the gamepad to the console, it must be connected using a USB – microUSB cable, with the ability to transfer data. Connect the cable, press the PS button on the gamepad, the console will automatically connect the gamepad.
  Connecting a gamepad to PC Attention!
  The gamepad works with a PC only via a USB-microUSB cable. Wireless mode only works with the PS4 console.

• Connect the gamepad via USB cable to an available USB port of your PC.

• Windows OS will automatically detect the pointing device and install the driver.

• In order to test and configure the gamepad, choose «Devices and Printers» in the Windows control panel, gamepad is displayed as «Wireless controller», then right-click on the device icon and select «Gaming device parameters» (administrator rights may be required) (Fig. 2). The «Game devices» window will appear. (Fig. 3).

• By pressing «Properties» button, you can check the execution of commands by pressing the buttons and rotating the LS and RS (Fig. 4). «Restore» button, resets the default settings of the device (Fig. 5). «Restore» button, resets the default settings of the device (Fig. 5).

LED indication

• When the controller is connected to the charging station, the LED indicator will light for about 8 seconds and then go out.

• When several gamepads are connected to one set-top box at the same time, the gamepads will each glow with its own color. User 1 is blue light, user 2 is red, user 3 is green, user 4 is pink.

• In standby mode, the indicator glows orange.

• When charging in standby mode, the indicator is orange, indicator goes out when the battery is charged.

• If the controller has lost connection, the indicator will blink white.
  Connecting a headset

• The gamepad is equipped with a headset connector with a 3.5 mm jack plug. The headset works only in conjunction with the PS4 console, both in wired and Bluetooth mode.
  Sleep mode

• The controller will go into sleep mode if it cannot connect to the PS4 console after it has been in search mode for 30 seconds, or if no buttons are pressed for 10 minutes. The gamepad can be woken up by pressing the HOME (P) button.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Windows OS throws a driver error.| Restart your PC. Install latest Windows updates.
When connecting game controller, Windows OS does not recognize the device.| Connect the game controller to another USB port.
The game controller is not detected by console.| Restart your console.

If none of the above mentioned solutions removes the problem, please seek professional advice at your nearest authorized service center. Never try to repair the device on your own.
