FIXING THE CENTRAL VACUUM UNIT TO THE WALL

All Victron central vacuums come supplied with a wall bracket comprising two interlocking pieces, one attached to the rear of the machine, the other to be attached to the wall onto which is slotted the other part of the bracket.
The central unit should be fixed permanently to the wall by means of this bracket.

The central vacuum unit should be installed in a well-aired location providing easy access, far away from any heat source. Similarly, it should be located close to an electrical supply point. It should be placed at a height of approximately 0.6m from the floor which will allow for the emptying of the bin. It is advisable to leave a space on either side of the unit to permit easy handling of the unit.
Wherever possible the central vacuum should always be located on a supporting wall or a concrete wall to avoid vibrations. Once the location has been chosen, fix the bracket to the wall and hang the central vacuum unit onto the bracket.
