• Please read these instructions before operating the appliance and retain for future use.
• The appliance is intended solely for domestic use within the home. Do not use corrosive chemicals or vapors in this appliance. This oven is specially designed to prepare food. It is not designed for industrial or laboratory use.
• Do not place any object between the door of the oven. Don’t allow soil or cleaner residue to accumulate on the sealing surfaces.
• Warning: Liquids and other foods must not be heated in sealed containers since they are liable to explode.
• It is hazardous for anyone other than a competent person to carry out any service or repairs that involve the removal of the cover.
• Attention! Avoid touching hot surfaces, especially the inside of the appliance.
• An electrical appliance is not a toy, and should therefore always be placed outside the reach of children. Children are not always able to understand potential risks. Teach children the responsible handling of electrical appliances.
• This appliance shall not be used by children from 0 to 8 years. This appliance can be used by children over the age of 8 and above if they are continuously supervised. This can be used by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience or knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concering use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
• Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children.
• Children must not play with the appliance.
• Only use utensils suitable for use in ovens.
• The oven should be cleaned regularly and any food deposits should be removed.
• The appliance may not be cleaned with a high-pressure cleaner or a steam cleaner.
• When you see smoke, switch off and unplug the oven. Keep the door closed in order to stifle any flames.
• Ensure that the appliance is switched off before replacing the lamp to avoid the possibility of electric shock.
• Do not place accessories on the open oven door.
• Never cover the bottom of the oven with aluminum foil. The foil blocks the heat flow, which may result in inferior cooking results. This can also damage the enamel of the bottom of the oven.
• The oven has a fan that cools the oven casing. The fan may run for some time after the oven is switched off.
• The appliance should only be connected by a registered installer.
• Faulty parts may only be replaced by original parts. The manufacturer can only guarantee that original parts meet safety requirements.
• Damage caused by incorrect connection, incorrect fitting, or incorrect use is not covered by the warranty.
• If the connecting cable is damaged, it may only be replaced by the manufacturer, the manufacturer’s service organization, or equivalently qualified persons, in order to avoid dangerous situations.
• The electrical connection must comply with national and local regulations.
• The wall plug socket and plug should always be accessible.
• The appliance should not be connected to the network via a multiplug socket or extension lead, as the safe use of the appliance can then not be guaranteed
• The appliance must always be earthed.
• If the connecting cable is damaged, it may only be replaced by the manufacturer, the manufacturer’s service organization or equivalently qualified persons, in order to avoid dangerous situations.
• Only use and store the appliance indoors.
• Do not use the oven near water, in a wet basement/ garage, or near a swimming pool.
• Do not cover any vents of the oven.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or counter and keep it away from the heated surface.
• Failure to maintain the oven clean could lead to deterioration of the surface that could adversely affect the life of the appliance and possible result in a hazardous situation.
• The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
• Before plugging into a socket, check that the voltage in your home corresponds with the voltage printed on the appliance.
• Never unplug it from the socket by pulling on the cable.
• Always ensure that your hands are dry before handling the plug, switch, or power cord.
• Should you decide not to use the appliance anymore, make it inoperative by cutting the power cord after removing the plug from the socket. We also recommend making all potentially dangerous parts of the appliance harmless, particularly for children who might be tempted to play with it.
• Never immerse any part of the main body, lid, power cord, and plug in water or any other liquid to protect against electrical hazards.
• If the appliance is used for other purposes than intended or is it not handled in accordance with the instruction manual, the full responsibility for any consequences will rest with the user. Any damages to the product or other things are not covered by the warranty.
• **** Legislation requires that all electrical and electronic equipment must be collected for reuse and recycling. Electrical and electronic equipment marked with the symbol indicating a separate collection of such equipment must be returned to a municipal waste collection point.

Before first use

Before you use the appliance for the first time, please do as follows: Carefully unpack the appliance and remove all the packaging material. Keep the material (plastic bags and cardboard) out of reach of children. Check the appliance after unpacking for any damage, possibly from transportation. Check that the voltage in your home corresponds with the voltage printed on the appliance and plug it in a socket. Follow the installation instructions in chapter 8 for installing the oven.
Clean the inside of the oven and the accessories with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse well and dry thoroughly. Operate the oven for about 90 minutes at 250°C to burn off all traces of grease which might otherwise create unpleasant smells when preparing food. Make sure to ventilate the room during this process.

Using the oven

To set the oven, use the two knobs. One knob is for setting the temperature and one knob is for switching the oven on and off and for selecting an oven function.

The oven has the following functions:

Description

| Oven light| Oven lamp can be switched on independent of the oven. When selecting an oven function the lamp automatically switches on and stays on while the oven is in use, except when using the ECO function.
| Defrost| For slowly thawing frozen food. The circulation of air at room temperature enables quicker defrosting of the frozen food (without using any heat).
| Double grill with fan| The inner heating element and the outer heating element in the top of the oven are working with the fan. It is suitable for grilling a large amount of meat.
| Double grill| The inner heating element and the outer heating element in the top of the oven are working. It is suitable for grilling larger quantities of food.
| Grill – small| The inner part of the grill element is active. For grilling meat, fish, toast or gratins.
| Conventional with fan| The heat of both top and bottom heating elements is circulated inside the oven by the fan. The dish is being cooked evenly all around.
| Top and bottom heating element| The dish is heated by the radiation heat of the top and bottom elements. Always place the dish in the center of the oven. For pizzas, meat, flans or cake.
| Bottom heating element| Only the bottom heating element radiates heat. This is ideal for slow-cooking dishes such as casseroles, stews, and pastries where a crispy base is desired.
| ECO function| This is an optimized heating function designed to save energy when preparing food. The top and bottom elements are on. The oven lighting is off during the use of this function.

setting the time of day

As soon as you plug the appliance in, 12.30 appears in the display. A beep signal sounds and the hours will blink ”12”. Ensure the correct time of day is set before using the oven. Attention: the clock is a 24-hour clock, for example, 2 PM is shown as 14.00.

• Press the [+] or [-] key to adjust the hour setting. Hold the [+] or [-] key for setting the time faster.
• Confirm the hour set by pressing the clock key. After that, the minutes will blink.
• Press the [+] or [-] key to adjust the minute setting. Hold the [+] or [-] key for setting the time faster.
• Confirm the minute setting by pressing the clock key.

Note: the time can always be adjusted by pressing the keys [+] and [-] simultaneously for more than 3 seconds.

Switching the oven on and off

If the timer is in standby mode, press the clock key for more than 3 seconds. The timer will enter the manual mode and the symbol will light up continuously.

SWITCHING ON
To switch the oven on, turn the oven function knob to the desired setting and the temperature knob to the right temperature. As soon s the oven has reached the set temperature, the thermostat light goes out. Preheating the oven takes about 10 minutes, depending on the desired temperature.

SWITCHING OFF
To switch the oven off, turn the oven function knob and the temperature knob back to the setting.

If you set the timer at duration (Dur) or End (Endtime), the oven will automatically turn off after cooking.

To switch the oven off, when using the manual mode or minute minder, turn the oven function knob and the temperature knob both to the offsetting.
Press the keys and [+] for more than 3 seconds to return to the standby mode.

Using the clock menu

The following functions are available in the clock menu: minute minder, automatic switch-off according to the cooking time or end time, and a completely automatic on and off function.
To set these functions, press the clock key repeatedly until the oven symbol appears in the display.

Setting the minute minder timer

The minute minder timer can be used to receive an audible signal when the set time has passed. The minute minder timer has no
influence on the functioning of the oven and can be used without switching on the oven.

• Press the clock key to select the minute minder. The alarm symbol will blink in the display.
• Press the [+] or [-] key to set the desired time. Hold the [+] or [-] key for setting the time faster.
• Press the clock key again to confirm the set time. As soon as the minute minder is set, the alarm symbol will light continuously.
• When the set time is up, a beep signal will sound and the alarm symbol will blink. Press any key for more than 3 seconds to stop the beep signal. The alarm symbol will disappear.

Press the keys and [+] for more than 3 seconds to return to the standby mode if the oven is no longer being used.

automatic switch-off according to the cooking time

When setting the duration of the cooking time, the oven will automatically switch off as soon as the set cooking time has passed. The oven will function until the end of the set cooking time at the preset temperature and oven function. The maximum cooking time is 10 hours.

• Press the clock key repeatedly until Dur appears in the display (Duration).
• Adjust the desired cooking time with the [+] and [-] key (maximum 10 hours). Hold the [+] or [-] key for setting the time faster.
• Press the clock key again to confirm the set cooking time.
• Turn the oven function knob to the desired setting and the temperature knob to the right temperature.
• The current time of day will re-appear in the display and the symbols (auto) and are lit. The oven will now switch on.
• When the set cooking time has ended, a beep signal will sound and the oven switches off. The auto symbol A blinks.
• Press any key for more than 3 seconds to stop the beep signal.
• Turn the oven function knob and the temperature knob both back to the off setting.

automatic switch off according to end time

When setting a desired end time for the cooking, the oven will automatically switch off as soon as the set end time is reached. The oven will function until the set end time at the preset temperature and oven function.

• Press the clock key repeatedly until End appears in the display (Endtime).
• Adjust the desired end time with the [+] and [-] key (maximum 10 hours). Hold the [+] or [-] key for setting the time faster.
• Press the clock key again to confirm the set end time.
• Turn the oven function knob to the desired setting and the temperature knob to the right temperature.
• The current time of day will re-appear in the display and the symbols A (auto) and are lit. The oven will now switch on.
• When the set end time is reached, a beep signal will sound and the oven switches off. The auto symbol A blinks.
• Press any key for more than 3 seconds to stop the beep signal.
• Turn the oven function knob and the temperature knob both back to the offsetting.

completely automatic on and off function

Set the desired cooking time and the desired end time. The oven will automatically switch on and off at the preset temperature and oven function.
Example: the current time is 15:30. The cooking time is 2 hours and 15 minutes. The dish has to be done by 20.30. The oven starts cooking at 18:15 (20:30 minus 2 hours and 15 minutes) on the preset temperature and oven function and will finish at 20:30.

• Press the clock key repeatedly until Dur appears in the display (Duration).
• Adjust the desired cooking time with the [+] and [-] key (maximum 10 hours). Hold the [+] or [-] key for setting the time faster.
• Press the clock key again to confirm the set cooking time. The current time of day will re-appear in the display and the symbols A (auto) are lit.
• Press the clock key again repeatedly until End appears in the display (Endtime).
• Adjust the desired end time with the [+] and [-] key (maximum 10 hours). Hold the [+] or [-] key for setting the time faster.
• Press the clock key again to confirm the set end time. The current time of day will re-appear in the display and the symbol A lights up. The symbol disappears until the oven switches on.
• Turn the oven function knob to the desired setting and the temperature knob to the right temperature.
• At the end of the preparation process, a beep signal sounds, and the oven switches of. The auto symbol A blinks.
• Press any key for more than 3 seconds to stop the beep signal.
• Turn the oven function knob and the temperature knob both back to the offsetting.

Note: when the completely automatic function is set, the time cannot be adjusted. If doing so, the function will be canceled and has to be reset all over again according to the described steps above.

Cleaning & maintenance

Switch the appliance off before cleaning and let it cool down. Do not clean the appliance with a pressure cleaner or steam cleaner.

Interior
Clean the inside of the appliance after every use. Use a damp cloth. To clean the oven thoroughly, an overspray may be used. Rinse well. Dry the inside will a dry cloth.

Accessories
Clean the accessories, such as the baking tray and the grid with warm water and a mild detergent. Dry thoroughly before reusing.

Exterior
Clean the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth or sponge. If necessary, clean the exterior with warm water and a mild detergent.
Also, clean the oven door and the door seal.

Tips for cleaning

• Clean the oven after every use to prevent food residue to stain.
• Grease can be best removed when the oven is still a bit warm. Use warm water and a mild detergent.
• Use for stubborn stains a special oven cleaner. Rinse the residue of the cleaning agent with water.
• Never use any abrasive pads or corrosive cleaners.
• Make sure not to spray on the heating element when using a special overspray.

Removing and installing the oven door
The oven door can be removed to clean the interior and the door easily.

REMOVE

• To remove the oven door, open it completely.
• Lift the two levers at the hinges. If necessary use a small screwdriver.
• Carefully close the door as far as the first stop, caused by the raised levers.
• Lift the door upwards and outwards, to remove it from the mountings.

INSTALL

• Place the hinges of the oven door in the mountings. Make sure the door is aligned straight.
• Lower the two levers at the hinges back.
• Close the oven door.

Replacing the oven lamp

Before proceeding, disconnect the appliance from the power line to avoid the possibility of electric shock.

• Unscrew the glass cover of the lamp.
• Replace the light bulb with a new equal bulb (25 W, 220-240V, T300°C halogen lamp).
• Refit the glass cover.
• Plug the appliance in.

Installation instructions

• Safety during use can only be guaranteed when the hob is installed correctly and according to the regulations. The installer is responsible for any damage caused by a faulty installation.
• The electrical connection must be made by a qualified electrician. This person is aware of the national and local regulations the installation must comply with.
• The appliance falls under protection class III and can only be used in combination with a grounding conductor connection. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for any malfunction or damage caused by incorrect electrical installations.
• The appliance must be connected to a fixed installation and the means of disconnecting it from the fixed installation must be installed according to the installation instructions.
• The connection cable must hang freely. Do not tie the power cable or pass it along sharp edges. It must be positioned so that it does not touch any of the hot parts of the oven.
• The connection point, the wall socket, and/or plug must always be accessible.
• The cabinet into which the oven is fitted must be heat resistant (> 100°C).
• Ensure that the cabinet into which the oven is installed is secure. For example, by mounting it to the adjoining elements.
• Damage caused by incorrect connection, incorrect use or incorrect fitting is not covered by the guarantee.
  Attention: any change to the appliance’s interior, including fitting and changing the power cable, must only be performed by a qualified electrician.

INSTALLATION DIMENSIONS
In the drawing below, all the dimensions are displayed in mm.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

Check that the voltage in your home corresponds with the voltage printed on the appliance.
These groups in the meter must be secured with at least 16 amps each. The connection cable must have a cross-section of at least 2.5mm² and must have a length of at least 1.5 m. When the cable is too short, you have no room to already connect the oven and place it against the wall before plugging it in.

THE FITTING OF THE APPLIANCE

• Check that the cabinet and the space for the oven meet the dimension and ventilation requirements.
• Slide the oven into the cabinet. Make sure the housing of the oven does not come in contact with the walls of the kitchen cabinet. Make sure there is at least 2 mm between the oven casing and the walls of the kitchen cabinet. Make sure the oven is centered between the walls of the kitchen cabinet. Note: Make sure the cable is not stuck and does not lie on top of the oven.
• Open the oven door.
• Use the provided screws to fasten the oven to the cabinet. Take care not to over tighten and break the spacer.
• Close the oven door and plug the appliance in.
• The oven is now ready for use.

Remark: on the rating label – which can be found on the inside of the appliance – you will find the technical specifications of the appliance.

1. Breakdowns or faults outside the warranty period breakdowns or faults in small or large domestic appliances outside the warranty period, can be reported to the customer services department via the form at www.inventum.eu/service-aanvraag or by calling the customer services department.

2. The customer services department may ask you to send the product for inspection or repair. The costs of dispatch will be at your expense.

3. The inspection to establish whether the repair is possible involves a charge. You need to grant your permission for this, in advance.

4. In the event of a large domestic appliance, Inventum, at your request, can send out a service engineer. In that case, you will be
   charged the call-out costs, as well as parts and labor.

5. In the event of an instruction to repair, the repair costs must be paid in advance. In the event of a repair by a service engineer, the costs of the repair must be settled with the engineer on site, preferably by means of PIN payment.

Warranty exclusions

1. The following is excluded from the aforesaid warranties:
   • normal wear and tear;
   • improper use or misuse;
   • insufficient maintenance;
   • failure to comply with the operating and maintenance instructions;
   • unprofessional installation or repairs by third parties or the customer himself;
   • non-original parts used by the customer;
   • use for commercial or business purposes;
   • removal of the serial number and/or rating label.

2. In addition, the warranty does not apply to normal consumer goods, such as:
   • dough hooks, baking tins, (carbon) filters, etc.;
   • batteries, bulbs, carbon filters, fat filters etc.;
   • external connection cables;
   • glass accessories and glass parts such as oven doors;
   • and similar items.

3. Transport damage not caused by Inventum is also excluded. Therefore, inspect your new device before starting to use it. If you detect any damage, you must report this to the store where you purchased the product within 5 working days, or to the Inventum customer service department via the form at www.inventum.eu/service-aanvraag. If transport damage is not reported within this period, Inventum does not accept any liability in this respect.

4. The following are excluded from warranty and/or replacement: faults, loss of, and damage to the device as a result of an event that is normally insured under the home contents insurance.

Important to know

1. The replacement or repair of a faulty product, or a part thereof, does not lead to an extension of the original warranty period.
2. Parts that have been replaced, packaging material, and exchanged devices are taken back by the service engineer and become the property of Inventum.
3. If a complaint is unfounded, all costs arising from it will be at the customer’s expense.
4. Following the expiry of the warranty period, all costs of repair or replacement, including administration costs, dispatch, and call-out charges, will be charged to the customer.
5. Inventum cannot be held liable for damage as a result of devices built-in incorrectly.
6. Inventum cannot be held liable for damage caused by external events unless this liability arises from mandatory statutory provisions.
7. These warranty and service provisions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be settled exclusively by the competent Dutch court.
