When using the product the first time, after switching on with power, you will see numbers light up and scrolling across on the screen of the central monitoring unit.
Functions
LANGUAGE
There are 3 alert tones and 11 languages of number report options. Press the “LANGUAGE” ③ button to select one that is applicable for your environment.
Language options: English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, German, Russian, Japanese, Cantonese and Mandarin.
VOLUME SETTING
Adjust the volume by pressing the “VOLUME” ② button. 3 volume levels to choose from: low, medium and high.
Connect the monitoring unit with a speaker or amplifier on the “SPEAKER JACK” ⑭ (2.5mm) in noisy environment for higher volume.
ALARM
When the monitoring unit is set on “ALARM” position ⑮. Alarm siren sound rings out when receiving a signal from call button/device. The alarm volume is preset and unable to adjust.
LOCK/UNLOCK
Lock the function with “LOCK / UNLOCK” ⑬ switch. When the system is on “Lock” position, other functional buttons are on lock. Switch it on “UNLOCK” to perform other setting.

INITIAL SYSTEM SETUP
Before setting up the system, please ensure the central monitoring unit is
connected with power and the call buttons/devices are installed with battery
provided in the package.
Follow the steps below for initial system setup

Press and hold ”record/add 5” until you hear 2 beeps and a closing melodic tone and see the red「INDICATOR」 ⑥ lights up, it means the pairing mode is active on the monitoring unit and ready to record with call buttons/other devices.

To record one call button/device only on each channel:
To ensure the pairing mode is active. Press the button on the device/call button you desire to send out signal and record it on the 1st channel.
The monitoring unit rings out after receiving signal from the call button. Simultaneously, you can see the corresponding channel number light “1” glows
on the screen.
Wait for approx. 6 sec until the unit rings out a closing melodic tone. It means the call button is recorded on the 1st channel successfully and the channel is closed.
To record the next call button/device on the 2nd channel. After the closing melodic tone rings out on step c, press the new call button you desire to record until you hear the unit calls out the corresponding number with light “2” glows on the screen.
It means the new call button is recorded on the 2nd channel successfully.
Sequentially repeat the step c to record new call buttons/devices for the next channel.
This setting is applicable for small clinic, nursing home, elderly/long-term care, hospital, restaurant, service and hospitality industry. To record two or more call buttons/devices on the same channel:
Follow System Setup Step 1, ensure the pairing mode is active. Press the call button to send out signal and register for the 1st channel.
The monitoring unit rings out after receiving the signal from the call button. Simultaneously, you can see the corresponding channel number light “1”glows on the display. It means the call button is recorded successfully on the 1st channel
Follow right after step b, within 6 sec move quickly and press the next call button which you desire to record on the same channel. You will hear the monitoring unit rings out when a new call button is recorded successfully on the channel. Repeat the step to record more call buttons/devices on the
same channel. If no signal received for 6 sec after step b, the monitoring
unit automatically rings out a closing melodic tone to indicate the channel recording is closed and moves on to the next channel’s recording
To record new call button(s) on the 2nd channel. After the closing melodic tone rings out at the end of step c, press the next new call button/device which you desire to record on channel “2”, you will see the number light glows on “2” on the screen after pressing a new call button. It means the call button/device is recorded on channel 2 successfully. Repeat step c to record more call button(s)/device(s) on this channel.
Sequentially repeat step d to record call button(s) for other channels. A closing melodic tone rings out means the channel recording is completed.
This setting is applicable for hospital, medical center, retirement home with multiple beds in wards/rooms, schools and classrooms and etc -
When all the recordings are completed, the pairing mode automatically switches off if there is no operation for 20 seconds. You can also switch off the pairing mode manually by pressing RECORD / ADD」⑤ button.
The system is capable to pair up to 255 call buttons/devices on 30 channels.

Press and hold「REPLACE / ADD」④ button until 2 beeps and a closing melodic tone rings out from the monitoring unit.
Then press「RECORD / ADD」⑤ button to activate the paring mode.
The pairing mode is active when the red
「INDICATOR」⑥ is on.

Press the button on the new call button to send out signal to the monitoring unit for recording. When the recording is complete successfully, you will hear a ring out from the monitoring unit every time when a new call button or device is recorded on the channel.
Notice: you can only record new call button or device from the last channel onwards. A closing melodic tone rings out to close the channel recording if no operation after 6 seconds.

To end the pairing mode by pressing 「RECORD / ADD」⑤ button or leave it with no operation for 20 seconds.
Replacing Call Button/Device

Press and hold「REPLACE / ADD」④button until you hear 2 beep & a closing melodic tone. Then press「CALL REVIEW」① button to select the initially recorded number you desire to replace.
Tip: Long press 「CALL REVIEW」① button to skip 10 numbers.
When the targeted number rings out, press the new call button to replace the existing call button. You will hear a melodic tone when the existing call button is replaced. -
To end the pairing mode by pressing「REPLACE / ADD」④ button or leave it with no operation for 20 seconds.
Please Note
- During recording, DO NOT extend the “ATTENNA” ⑧ to avoid radio interference. The recording distance between the monitoring unit and the call button is within 20 inch.
- When the battery voltage becomes low, a display icon will appear and you will not be able to operate the monitoring unit at this time.
- Make sure there is free of signal interference from other external devices/equipment during the recording. External transmission signal might affect the recording. If there is another call button signal sent unintentionally, the unit might recognize the signal and display icon. The unintentional call button might record on the channel. Simply replace it by following the steps on “Replacing call button” to replace it.
- DO NOT press more than one call button at the same time during for recording or the monitoring unit will not recognize the signal. Restart the recording from the beginning.
Call Review & Clear Memory
The monitoring unit displays number(s) and keeps ringing out call(s) until the
CALL REVIEW」① button is pressed to silence.
You can review up to the last 6 calls by pressing CALL REVIEW」① button. The
latest call from the corresponding channel will display on the screen with
voice number report from from the speaker.
The receiver has memory function even after turning off or losing power.
The calls from the call buttons can be canceled by pressing the CLEAR」⑦
button. However, after pressing the 「CLEAR」⑦ button, call history is erased
and no longer able to review.
To REST
To reset the system, press and hold RECORD / ADD」⑤ button until you hear 2
beeps and a closing melodic tone. Then press RECORD / ADD」⑤ button again or
leave it with no operation for 20 seconds.
The monitoring unit will have numbers scrolling across the screen which means
the monitoring unit is reset.
Q & A

I pressed the functional buttons but there is no response.
Check if the “lock / unlock” ⑮ switch on the side is on lock position. You won’t be able to operate the button if it is on lock position. Switch it back to “unlock” to use the system. -
When I press the call button, nothing displayed on the monitor screen (or there is no responding sound).
Check if the power AC adapter is connected to power outlet or check the battery if you use 4 C type batteries to operate the unit.
Check if the call button/device is recorded to the monitoring unit correctly. Or record the call button/device again from the beginning (see page 6).If you use this product in a store or with building around you, you will receive frequencies from the outside. Malfunction may occur (see page 4). -
The corresponding number does not display on the monitoring unit during setting.
Check the call button/device battery.
If you press two or more call buttons at the same time, the monitoring unit cannot recognize the signal. Record the call button one at a time (refer to page 6 for setup). -
The light on the call button works fine but there is nothing displayed on the monitor screen when I press the call button.
Please record the call button again to ensure the recording is successfully (see page 6).
The battery on call button/device may be low. Replace with a new battery.
If you are using this product in an area where building around or with devices/equipment that generate radio frequencies, signal interference might occur. It might cause the monitoring unit unable to receive signal (see page 4). -
The display screen is sticky.
If you remove the protective film on the monitoring unit screen, the adhesive part may remain and become sticky. Wipe down with a soft cloth or alcohol wipe.
