Product Usage Instructions
Assembly Guide:
- Take out the e scooter from the carton.
- Loosen the aluminum quick release, pull up the yellow folding handle, unfold the e scooter, then fasten the quick release on the folding mechanism.
- Align the two arrows on each of the plugs on the cable and connect the cable.
- Insert the cable and scooter head into the upper stretchable tube, fasten the scooter head with two screws, then fasten the quick release on the pole.
Notes:
- Do not allow children to assemble the E Scooter ES6001 themselves without adult supervision and ensure the scooter is assembled correctly.
- When installing the handlebar, please be aware to align the screws to the corresponding positions. There are 2 screws for each side. Find the holes and screw them in correctly to avoid an installation error.
- Do not touch and probe the power supply with your hands or with conductive objects, such as metal, wires, nails, pins, etc and ensure your hands are dry when connecting the scooter to the battery charger.
Note: Ensure that the scooter is assembled correctly and do not allow children to assemble it without adult supervision. When installing the handlebar, align the screws to their corresponding positions to avoid installation errors.
About Charging:
The scooter can be charged using the provided charger. Follow these
guidelines:
- Ensure that the charging port is dry before plugging in the charger.
- When the scooter is fully charged, the LED light on the charger will change from red to green.
- After charging, cover the charging port with the rubber plug or disconnect the charger when not in use.
- Do not turn on the scooter while it is charging as the power supply will be cut off automatically.
- Use only the provided charger to charge the scooter and avoid using it for any other product.
- Avoid charging near fire sources or in corrosive environments to prevent accidents.
- Keep the charger dry to avoid short circuits or fire hazards.
Warnings:
- Do not plug in the charger if the charging port is wet.
- When the scooter is fully charged, the LED light on the charger will change from red to green. Please cover the charging port with the rubber plug when charging process has been completed, or if charger is not in use.
- To avoid turning on the scooter during charging, the power supply will be cut off automatically.
- Under no circumstances, use any charger other than the one provided to charge the scooter. In addition, the attached charger can only be used to charge this scooter and no other product.
- Do not allow the scooter to get close to fire sources or corrosive environments when charging.
- Do not allow the charger to get wet, otherwise there is a risk of the short circuit or it may even cause a fire.

Preparations Before Use
Before riding: Wear helmets and knee pads to prevent injury when learning to ride the scooter.
Riding Notice
- Helmet and other protective equipment must be worn at all times when riding the scooter.
- It is not permitted to use this E SCOOTER on roads or dangerous terrain. Adhere to local laws and regulations.
- Drive slowly or reduce speed on poor-quality footpaths.
- Not suitable for people over 12 years old.
- Do not drive over footpaths or stairs more than 3cm high.
- Do not wash the E Scooter with water, to clean only use a damp cloth.
- Do not ride on oily or slippery surfaces.
- Do not use if the temperature is below or equal to – 1 degree Celsius.
- Do not use the scooter with one hand.
- Do not step on the rear fender while you are riding.

Do not press the accelerator when you’re walking alongside the scooter.

Do not hang bags or other heavy items on the handlebar when riding.

Do not ride in traffic lanes or residential areas where vehicles and pedestrians are both allowed

Do not turn the handlebar aggressively during high-speed riding.

Do not ride with anyone else, including children.

Keep both feet on the deck at all times.

Always keep away from obstacles

Look out for doors, elevators and other overhead obstacles.

Keep your speed between 4.5 – 9 km/h when you ride through speed bumps, elevator door sills, bumpy roads, or other uneven surfaces. Slightly bend your knee to adjust the balance.
Please check the electric scooter. When you notice that there are loose parts, excessive wear, strange sounds, malfunctions and other abnormal conditions, please do not ride or charge it, instead, please seek professional support immediately.

Use Guide
- Firstly, switch on the e scooter, the power switch is on the right side of the deck.
- Secondly, slide the scooter with your left foot, then press accelerator to speed up.
Warning:
Please stand on the middle of the foot plate and don’t stand at the end of it,
to avoid imbalance of the scooter, or alternatively if you need to suddenly
stop it will prevent any unnecessary injury.

Maintenance
Cleaning and Storage
If there are stains on the body of the scooter, wipe them off with a damp
cloth. If you cannot scrub off the stains, put on a little toothpaste and
clean them off. Then wipe them off the residue with a damp cloth.
Notes:
- Do not clean the E Scooter with alcohol, petrol, kerosene, or other corrosive and volatile chemical solvents to prevent any damage to the scooter surfaces.
- Do not wash the E Scooter with high-pressure water spray.
- Before cleaning, please make sure that the charging cable is unplugged and rubber plug was plugged into the charging port to prevent any water from entering, so as to ensure no electrical damage is caused.
Battery Maintenance and Disposal
- Please only use the original battery pack. Using batteries other than the original may cause safety issues.
- Do not touch the battery contacts. Do not dismantle or puncture the battery case. Keep the battery contacts away from metal objects to prevent short circuit, which may result in damages to the battery pack or personal injury.
- Use the original battery charger to avoid potential damage or fires.
- Wrong handling with the used battery pack, may cause tremendous harms to the environment. To protect the natural environment, please follow the local regulations to properly dispose of the used battery pack.
- After using the scooter, please fully charge the E Scooter to prolong the battery lifespan.
Storage
- Please store the E Scooter in a dry and air-ventilated place and in a relatively normal temperature location. In extremely humid environments, the internal parts of the scooter, may suffer condensation, or even water accumulation, which may damage the battery rapidly. Excessive exposure to UV Rays, rain and other weather elements may damage the parts of the E Scooter.
- For daily use, don’t wait to recharge the E Scooter until the battery is totally flat. If the battery is low in power, please charge it fully as soon as possible.
- Please charge the E Scooter once a month to preserve the battery, if the scooter is not used for a long time.
- When the E Scooter is not in use, store it indoors where it is dry and air ventilated.
- Do not place the E Scooter outdoors for a long time. Because excessive sunlight, overheating and over-cooling may shorten the lifespan of the battery pack.

To ensure your E Scooters retains it’s Guarantee provided by the manufacturer, please read the following carefully.
GUARANTEE CONTENTS, TARGETS AND DEADLINE:
Guarantee Contents:
Purchase the unit from My E Ride or an authorized dealer and operate according
to the instructions set in this manual. The manufacturer guarantees to rectify
any quality problems, concerning its manufacturing or materials within the
guarantee period.
Guarantee Target and Deadline: from the date of purchase (As per the original receipt date of purchase)
- One year guarantee for motor
- One year guarantee for battery
- One year guarantee for electronics
- The tyres and other wear and tear parts are not covered by the guarantee.
GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY AND WILL BE VOIDED BY THE FOLLOWING:
- Not operating the E Scooter according to the manual.
- Repairs or Service carried out by unauthorized dealers or service centers.
- Components or parts made nor provided by My E ride.
- Modify the E Scooter in any way without authorization from My E Ride.
- The Warranty period has expired.
- Incidents caused by uncontrollable factors such as typhoon, floods, fire, earthquake, or war.
Declaration
My E Ride is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, special or
consequential damages, including but not limited to the loss of profits,
income or data due to the violation of explicit or implied warning or
conditions mentioned in this user manual, or violation of local laws.
Note:
- Please strictly follow the safety instructions in the manual. My E Ride is not responsible for any financial losses, personal injuries, accidents, legal disputes and other conflicts of interest caused by operations that violate the user manual.
- Always remember to insert the rubber plug into charging port after charging. Otherwise, the charging port may get wet, which will result in a short circuit of the charging port. My E Ride will not be responsible for this situation and will not offer free after-sales service for it.
- Do not ride the E Scooter across deep pits or holes or hit the side of the E Scooter, which may break the connecting parts of the folding mechanism. My E Ride will not be responsible for this situation and will not offer free after-sales service for it.
- Do not lift the rear fender when carrying the scooter, or it will most likely break. My E Ride will not be responsible for any damage caused if this takes place. After folding the scooter, please carry the scooter by lifting the stem.

A: It depends on the local regulations. It is recommended that the speed
you ride the E Scooter must be complied with the local laws and current
traffic conditions.
