SAFETY ISSUES

Before use, read this user manual carefully and keep it for further reference. The manufacturer shall bear no liability for any damage/injuries caused by improper use. Depending on the smartwatch batch, certain functions may differ from the functions described in this user manual.

• Using this device in the vicinity of medical devices may disrupt their operation. Users should pay special attention when using the smartwatch in the vicinity of medical devices such as pacemakers, hearing aids, and other electronic medical devices.
• Do not dispose of the device in a fire. There is a risk of battery explosion and the resulting threat to life and health.
• Protect the device from heat sources and direct sunlight.
• Do not immerse the device in hot water.
• Do not dive while wearing the device.
• Do not use the device if damaged.
• In case of any damage, take the device to an authorized service center for inspection repair. Any attempts to make your own repairs may damage the device and result in the invalidation of the warranty.
• The device should only be cleaned with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• No chemicals or detergents should be used for this purpose.

Garett Women Naomi Pro is not a medical device. Smartwatch and the F Fit app are not designed for medical diagnosis, treatment, or as a preventive measure against illness or disease. You should seek medical advice first before changing your sleep and physical activity habits

INSTALLATION

Put the watch on your wrist and adjust the strap length so as to ensure it is not too loose.

OPERATION

Turning on/off

Press and hold the on/off button (2) to turn the device on. When the device is on, press and hold button 2) to turn it off. The smartwatch is operated using a touchscreen.

Note:
Before the first use, make sure that the smartwatch is connected to the app. The device will automatically synchronize the time, and the physical activity data will be saved correctly.

CHARGING

1. The smartwatch is charged using the magnetic cable supplied with the device.
2. Attach the magnetic end so that the contacts of the watch touch the contacts of the charging cable. Then connect the other end of the cable to the USB port of a computer or a USB power adapter

Note:
In case the smartwatch does not start -try charging it. Place the device stably on a flat surface. The magnetic tip must adhere to the contacts. The first
the charge should take about 1-2 hours. In the case of a discharged watch, charging can start even after a few minutes the start of charging is signaled by the wake-up of the smartwatch screen.

INSTALLING F FIT APPLICATION

The smartwatch works with your smartphone using the F Fit app. Before use, you must first download the app from the Google Play Store or the AppStore and install it on your phone. You can search for the app by entering “F Fit” in the store search engine or by scanning the relevant QR code provided below

PAIRING

Note:
Smartwatch Garett Women Naomi Pro does not require a permanent smartphone connection, but in order to fully enjoy the functions of the watch you need to pair it with your smartphone using the app. Before the first use, you need to enteryour user data in the app.
Note:
Every time you turn on the smartwatch and the app, the data synchronise automatically (the devices must be paired!) The smartwatch measures and analyses data on physical activity and sleep in standby mode. Smartwatch Garett Women Naomi Pro is equipped with an accelerometer (G-sensor) that monitors your body movements and processes them based on algorithms that allow you to determine the details ofyour sleep and physical activity.

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Make sure that the smartwatch is on.
3. Open the link to Health app.
4. Enter the Device tab at the bottom of the screen, select the Pair new devices option, click on the picture showing the correct device model and then select the device named KW10Pro
5. When pairing, place the phone and the smartwatch close to each other.
6. After successful pairing, the time on your smartwatch will be updated.

Note:
Garett Women Naomi Pro Smartwatch works with smartphones that support Bluetooth 4.0. It is also compatible with Android 51, i058 (and higher).

Before pairing, remember to grant the app the required permissions and permissions to function properly. If you refuse, selected features of the app may not work properly or will be unavailable.

Note:
Depending on the product batch, the device may work with F Fit or LinkToHeath applications. To check the device name and MAC address, please
goto the last item in the watch menu.

On the first launch, the app will guide us through the settings related to our health, the configuration of the sensors (skin color), and the daily goals. The next step will be to pair our swatch with the app. In the Data tab, available at the bottom of the application screen, select from the top of the screen Click to add a device.

DISPLAY MENU

1. Main menu screen
   (there are 5 watch faces to choose from, which can be found in the smartwatch settings by pressing and holding the home screen of the watch). You can return to the previous menu by pressing the button (21. Swiping right/left displays the history of your last training session daily activity summary/information about your last sleep, and notifications history. Swiping up/down takes you to the main menu

2. Pedometer:
   A number of steps were taken.

3. Heart rate:
   Heart rate measurement function. The measurement is activated when you press and hold the touch button (2). Note: In the case of some software versions, this item on the menu may be incorrectly translated into Polish.

4. Blood pressure monitor:
   Blood pressure measurement function. The measurement is taken automatically once you have selected this function. You have to wait several seconds for the result.

5. Blood oxygen saturation:
   Function measuring the blood oxygen saturation in your body tou have to wait several seconds for the result).

6. Information:
   Recent notifications from the connected phone

7. Sport mode:
   Several sports activities to choose from. To begin, choose one of the available sports modes by touching the screen. To end the selected activity, press the side button (2). The steps taken, distance covered and calories burned will be included in the activity statistics of the current day

8. Sleep monitoring:
   Sleep quality monitoring function. The results will be included in the activity statistics of the current day

9. Find phone:
   Search for your phone. This function triggers an audible alarm on the phone

10. QR code:
    Download the link to Health app.

11. Music player controls
    Remote control of the music on your phone.

12. Stopwatch:
    Stopwatch function.

13. Settings:

• Brightness adjustment: Choose between 4levels of screen brightness.
• Download the QR code: Download the LinkTo Health app.
• About watch Information about the device.
• Factory restore: Restore the device to factory settings
• Shut down: Turn off the device.

Heart rate measurement, comments:

To begin heart-rate/blood pressure measurement, go to the selected function and take the measurement according to the previous instructions in the user manual. Before you start the measurement, make sure that the sensor is touching the skin. The measurement area should be kept clean; dirt may adversely affect the result. Keep your body relaxed and still during tests. Hold the device at the same height as your heart; do not speak during the test. The measurement should take at least one minute to obtain an optimal result.

This tab displays the latest smartwatch statistical data.

• Steps: Number of steps taken daily
• HR: Heart rate measurement
• Sleep: Last sleep details
• Movement: Information on the last activity
• BP: Blood pressure measurement
• Menstruation: Information on physiological cycle- available after correct configuration in the application
• Set card sorting: Possibility to modify the order of displaying the tabs above.

Functions connected with the physiological cycle are available upon selecting the female sex in the MyPersonal Center tab.

Device Tab

Smartwatch settings.

• Enable background run authorization:
  Directs to background applications settings

• Notification:
  Selection of applications authorized to send notifications to the smartwatch.

• Reminder settings:
  Reminders of inactivity, hydration, alarm, drugs and appointments.

• Do not Disturb:
  Enabling and disabling incoming notifications and waking up the smartwatch by moving your wrist.

• Constant HR monitoring:
  Enabling and disabling constant monitoring function.

• Raise your wrist:
  Enabling and disabling screen backlight after raising your wrist.

• Google Fit:
  Synchronization of data with Google Fit.

• Find the device:
  Device search function. It enables vibration alarm

• Take a photo:
  Taking photos by shaking the wrist on which you’re wearing your smartphone.

• More settings:

  • Wearing mode: Select on which wrist you wear your smartphone
  • Unit settings: Configuration of measurement units
  • Bluetooth address: MAC address details of your smartwatch.
  • Restoring factory settings: Possibility to return to factory settings
  • Firmware update: Smartwatch software version

• Disconnect:
  Disconnect your smartwatch from the phone.

WARRANTY/RETURNS

The product is covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not cover: defects and damage caused by the user or as a result of improper use (misuse), mechanical damage and damage resulting from using consumables or accessories other than those provided with the device. When submitting a claim, fill in the warranty card supplied with the device and send the device along with proof of purchase to the address of the service centre provided on the warranty card.
