INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE ICON LED HEADLAMP
Battery Life: Your battery life will vary depending on:
- Brand and freshness of batteries
- Length of time the headlamp has been off
- Temperature
- Settings used
- ANSI FL-1 Standard: Runtime to 10% of initial output.
- Reserve: Additional time the lamp will produce usable light for low-intensity activities (measured to .25 Lux @ 4 meters.)
Regulated: The Icon headlamp runs on a power-regulated circuit. Therefore, light output will be constant until the battery voltage reaches approximately 4.7 volts. It then transitions into a non-regulated system to extend battery life and to maximize efficiency. Learning to properly use the dimming feature will greatly increase the battery life.
IMPORTANT: Follow all instructions carefully and keep for future reference.
