Thank you for purchasing our Stabilizer before you start PLEASE read this manual and become familiar with Stabilizer’s components and operating modes to ensure proper operation. The information contains herein affects your safety and your legal rights and responsibility.
Failure to read and follow the instructions and warnings may result in serious injury to you or damage to your device or property.
By using this product, you hereby signify that you have read this document carefully and that you understand and agree to abide by the terms and conditions herein. You agree that you are solely responsible for you conduct while using this product and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use this product only for purposes that are proper and in accordance with all terms, precautions, practices, policies and guidelines our company has made and may make available.
Our company accepts no liability for damage, injury or any legal responsibility incurred directly or indirectly from the use of this product. The user shall observe safe and lawful practices including, but not limited to those set forth herein.

various levels of potential harm when operating this product.

- NOTICE: Procedures which if not properly followed may incur property damage or minor injury.
WARNING:
Read the ENTIRE user guide to become familiar with the features of our
Stabilizer before operating. Failure to operate the product correctly can
result in damage to the product or personal property and could cause serious
injury. This is a sophisticated product, it must be operated with caution,
common sense and requires some basic mechanical ability. This product is not
intended for use by children without direct adult supervision. DO NOT use with
incompatible components or in any way otherwise as mentioned or instructed in
the product documents provided by our company. The Safety Guidelines herein
contain instructions for safety, operation and maintenance. It is essential to
read and follow all of the instructions and warnings in the user manual, prior
to assembly, setup or use, in order to operate the product correctly and avoid
damage or serious injury.
SAFETY OPERATION GUIDELINE
The Stabilizer should be used in temperatures from 0℃ to 40℃.
Use of the battery in environments above 40℃ can lead to a fire or explosion.
Use of battery below 0℃ can lead to serious damage.
CHARING THE BATTERY
- Always use our company approved charger for charging. Our company takes no responsibility if the battery is charged using a 3rd party charger.
- Do not put the Stabilizer near flammable materials or on flammable surfaces (such as carpet or wood). Never leave the battery unattended during charging to prevent any accident.
- Do not charge the battery immediately after use, when the Stabilizer temperature may be too high. Do not charge the battery until it cools down to near room temperature. Charging the battery with its temperature over 40℃or lower than 5℃ may lead to leakage, overheating or battery damage.
- Examine the charger and cable before use; make sure there is no damage to the enclosure, cord, plug, or other parts. Never use a damaged charger. Do not clean the charger with denature alcohol or other flammable solvents.
- The Intelligent Battery will stop charging when it is full. Disconnect the device from the charger when fully charged.
STORAGE
- DO NOT leave the Stabilizer near heat sources such as a furnace or heater, or expose inside of a vehicle on hot days.
- Store Stabilizer in dry environment, and never store the Stabilizer in any environment with temperature of over 60℃.
- Do not leave the Stabilizer unused for too long after it has been completely discharged to prevent over-discharge of battery which may result in battery damage and permanent damage.
TRAVEL NOTICE
Discharge the battery power to 5% or lower before carrying the battery on an
air flight.
CAUTION:
- The Stabilizers uses a high -precision control device, damaged may be caused to Stabilizer if it is dropped or subjected to external force and this many result in malfunction.
- Make sure the rotation of Stabilizer axes is not blocked by external force when the stabilizer is powered on.
- The Stabilizer is not waterproof or water-resistant. It is recommended to use dry cloth for cleaning.
- Protect the Stabilizer from dust and sand during use.
NOTICE
- Hold the Stabilizer’s Handle still when it is powering up to ensure it starts up successfully.
- Make sure the batteries are fully charged before each use.
- Discharge the battery to 40%~65% if it will NOT be used for over 10 days. This can greatly extend the battery life.
- Charge and Discharge the battery completely once every 3 months to keep it active.
GET TO KNOW THE STABILIZER
The stabilizer is high-precision control device. When connected to the APP it has more face tracking, time-lapse function, etc. which can offer a more professional grade video.

USB CONNECTION
IN-USE CHARGING
Connect the Micro USB Port on the side of stabilizer’s handle to a power
source such as a power pack (not included) to extend run-times.
MOBILE CHARGING
The USB port at the bottom of the stabilizer handle can be used for charging
your Smartphone while in use on the Stabilizer.
An L-shape charging connector is required when the Smartphone is mounted
horizontally on the mobile clamp.
MOUNTING CAMERA
Place Smartphone to mounting clip, as show. Slide the Smartphone all the
way to right until it touches Tilt Motor.
WARNING! ALWAYS MOUNT YOUR CAMERA PRIOR TO POWERING ON THE STABILIZER. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN DAMAGE THE UNIT!
CHECKING BALANCE
If the Smartphone does not stay leveled when mounted, please do as
following:
- Loosen the Roll balance Knob.
- Make small Adjustment t by sliding the horizontal arm, Until the mobile intersects stabilizer with a 70-100 degree.
- Tighten the Thumb Screw after the phone is well balanced in level to ensure normal operations.
NOTE: Proper adjustment of balance ensures better power saving during
operation.
The Stabilizer may still function well when the gravity center is not properly
configured however it may lead to more power consumption on the motors and can
greatly affect the torque output.
OPERATING
To Power On
Step 2: Press & Hold the Power/Shooting button for 3-4 seconds until the
Status Indicator light flashes blue, and then finally turns green.
OPERATING MODES
Please make a note of each motor/operating mode details (showing on this page), as stabilizer comes pre-programmed with 3 different modes.
SWITCHING STABLIZER MODES
Press the Power Button, the stabilizer enters Pan & Tilt Follow Mode each time
when powered on. (Default Mode) Single Click Mode button to Switch into Pan
Following Mode Single Click the Mode button to enter into Lock Mode Mode.
Pan & Tilt Follow Mode
Roll axis is locked.
The camera pans (left/ right) and tilts (up/down) following the movement of
the camera.
Pan Following Mode
Tilt & Roll are locked.
Pan axis rotates (Left/Right) smoothly with turn of wrist.
Lock Mode
3 axis are all locked.
The camera keeps still and stable, which means the camera cannot follow the
movement of the stabilizer.
PANEL INTRODUCTION

- Micro USB Port: power input charges stabilizer

Zoom Control (In APP control only)
Use the zoom slider to Zoom In and Zoom Out
Joystick
Control movement UP/DOWN (Tilt Motor) and LEFT/ RIGHT (Pan Motor)
The Joystick can be used in All 3 Modes.
MODE Button
- Single Press to cycle through the 3 Modes
- Double click to bring the camera to its original position.
Shooting Function
After Bluetooth Connected between the mobile and Stabilizer, use SHOOT
button to take photos or video double click can be taken continuously
Power ON/OFF
- Power on: Press and hold the Power button for 3-4 seconds until the Status Indicator light flashes in blue, and then becomes Green.
- Power off: Press and holder the Power button for 3 seconds
- Double-click to switch the front and back lens.
- Triple-click to switch between photo and video.

Blue Light: the Stabilizer is charging.
Green Light: the Stabilizer is in working condition -
Red Light:
On: Low on charge
Flashing: Stabilizer is overloaded -
Yellow: Error
CHANGE ORIENTATION
The Stabilizer comes with 2 different ways for Change Orientation
Switching from Horizontal to Vertical
- Keep the phone facing yourself and rotate the Stabilizer handle over 70 degrees in counter-clockwise direction, Stabilizer will enter vertical shooting Mode. (Phone camera upward)
- Keep the phone facing yourself and rotate the Stabilizer handle over 70 degrees in clockwise direction, Stabilizer enter vertical shooting. (Phone camera upward)
Switching Mount Direction
- Loosen the Smartphone Clamp Thumbscrew and rotate the clamp to vertical direction
- Place your Smartphone on the Clamp
- Tighten the Clamp Thumbscrew to ensure normal operation.
APP OPERATION & CONNECT TO BLUETOOTH
Connect to Stabilizer APP
- Scan QR Code (For Andriod +iOS) and Download below APP for access.
- Power on the stabilizer
- Turn on Bluetooth in your Smartphone settings menu.
- Open the Stabilizer APP, and search for the”Stabilizer” Bluetooth signal by selecting the Bluetooth icon in the pop-up screen
In the APP Menu use the zoom slider to control UP (Zoom In) and Down
(Zoom Out) and more function settings such as Face Tracking, Smart Object
Track, Panorama Shooting & Time-Lapse.
Connect to Bluetooth
- Press the Power button for 3-4 seconds, stabilizer will power on.
- Turn on Bluetooth in your smartphone settings menu.
- After connecting the stabilizer you can start taking photos or recording video.

Warranty Against Defects
Laser Corporation Pty Ltd (“Laser”) warrants your new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase provided that the product is used in accordance with accompanying recommendations or instructions where provided. The benefit of this warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.
Through a network of retailers and resellers Laser will provide you with your
choice of a refund, repair or exchange (where possible) for this product if it
becomes defective within the warranty period. This warranty will no longer
apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse,
normal wear and tear, neglect or improper storage.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase
How to make a product warranty claim:
- Find your receipt which proves the date of purchase. Where the date of purchase cannot be verified, your place of purchase or Laser will make an assessment based on the date of manufacture, the condition of the Laser product and the type of defect.
- Contact your place of purchase. They will assess the nature of the fault and refund or replace the product as per their store refund or warranty policy.
- If your place of purchase cannot be contacted then you can contact Laser Customer Service with details of your defective Laser Product: Phone: (02) 9870 3388; or Email: support@laserco.com.au or online www.laserco.com.au/warranty (click on “Consumers (End Users)”). - Laser will issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 48 hours. When requested, send us the defective Product and a copy of your receipt. Laser will cover the cost of the return delivery.
- Wait for us to contact you, once we have received your defective Laser product for inspection we will inform you of our assessment of your claim within 7 days. When we contact you we will first let you know whether you have a valid claim under this Warranty and if so we will inform you whether your defective Laser Product will be replaced or repaired, together with the number of days you can expect to wait to receive your replaced or repaired Laser Product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
