FAQs
-
The charging cases battery still has power, but why can’t the earphones be charged?
A. For the first time use, please confirm whether the insulation films of the earbuds are removed when using the earbuds.
B. Use a clean cotton cloth to wipe the charging contacts and pins (golden parts) of the earbuds and the charging case to ensure there is no residue that prevents the earbuds from being charged. (If there is sweat or any liquid on the charging contacts on the charging case and earbuds, they may be corroded. Please clean and dry before puning the earbuds into the charging case.) -
Why is there jamming when using the earbuds? Due to the characteristics of Bluetooth earbuds, other electromagnetic wave interference in the use environment may cause instantaneous disconnection and jamming.
