Product Overview

Precautions

  • Make sure the earbuds and Type-C port of the charging case are completely dry and clean before each charge.
  • Please keep the earbuds dry and clean after each use.
  • Please charge the charging case every 45 days at least to extend the battery life.
  • For the first time use, please upgrade the firmware through the App first so as to enjoy the latest functions and services.
  • If you meet any problems during use, please contact us through the after-sales service hotline or E-mail.

Wearing

  • Choase the ear tips that best suits your ears.
  • Place the ear hooks on the ears, and then insert the earbuds into the inner ear canals.
  • Adjust the earbuds to the most comfortable position.

Charging

  • Open or close the charging case to activate the LED battery indicators.
  • Far the first time use, please tear off the insulation film on the charging pins of earbuds, and then fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
  • Please use the supplied Type-C cable to charge the charging case to prevent damage.
  • Make sure the earbuds and Type-C port of the charging case are completely dry and clean before charging.

On/Off

Open the charging case and the earbuds will turn on automatically.
Put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the charging case, the earbuds will turn off automatically.
Status of LED Indicator (Earbud)

  • If you want to turn on the earbuds manually, press and hold the lower multi-function buttons (MFB) on both earbuds for 2 seconds until the LED indicators of the earbuds display white light for 1 second.
  • If you want to turn off the earbuds manually, press and hold the lower MFB on both earbuds for 5 seconds until the LED indicators of the earbuds display red light for 1 second. 5 seconds until the LED indicators of the earbuds display red light for 1 second.

Pairing

True Wireless Stereo Pairing:
Open the charging case and the right earbud will pair with the left earbud automatically.

Status of LED Indicator (Earbud)

Connect to Bluetooth Device:

  1. Open the charging case and wait for 1 to 3 seconds. When the LED indicator on one of the earbud flashes red and white alternately, it indicates that the earbuds have successfully entered the Bluetooth connection mode.
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your device, and then click “AXLOIE S6″
  3.  Wait 3 to 5 seconds until a pop-up window appears, and then click “Pair” After the Bluetooth connection is successful, the indicators of the two earbuds go out.

The earbuds will automatically connect to your most recently connected device (if available) when you turn on the AXLOIE earbuds each time.
To pair with another Bluetooth device, open the charging case and make sure the earbuds are being charged, then press and hold the button on the charging case for 3 seconds until the
LED indicator on one of the earbuds flashes red and white alternately.

2. In music playing or calling state, click the upper MFB on L (volume -), or click the upper MFB on R (volume +).

  • For single earbud use, it is not allowed to adjust the volume through the MFB on earbuds.

Heart Rate Monitor Function

Make sure the earbuds firmware is always up-to-date before use.
Download the AXLOIE App for heart rate monitoring, UI customization, EQ settings and earbuds firmware update.

  • Heart rate monitoring: Provide continuous high-precision heart rate monitoring in real time in dynamic scenarios, including dynamic heart rate and RRI(R-to-R Interval) information.
  • Ul customization: In stereo mode, all of the controls can be customized in the App. In mono mode, the controls are fixed.
  • EQ setting: You can choose more than 20 EQ settings in the App to optimize your experience and enjoy different music genres.
  • Earbuds firmware update: The earbuds firmware can be updated in the App. You will be informed once the new version af firmware is detected when you connect the earbuds with the App.

Reset

If there are any connection or function problems with the earbuds, you can try resetting the earbuds.

  1. Put the earbuds in the charging case and make sure they are being charged.
  2. Keep the charging case open, and then press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the earbuds flash red light 3 times, and then turn white. At this time, all memory data will be cleared.

FAQs

  1. The charging case’s battery still has power, but why can’t the earphones be charged?
    A. For the first time use, please confirm whether the insulation films of the earbuds are removed when using the earbuds,
    B. Use a clean cotton cloth to wipe the charging contacts and pins (golden parts) of the earbuds and the charging case to ensure there is no residue that prevent the earbuds from being charged. (If there is sweat or any liquid on the charging contacts on the charging case and earbuds, they may be corroded, Please clean and dry before putting the earbuds into the charging case.)

  2. Why is there a jamming when using the earbuds?
    Due to the characteristics of Bluetooth earbuds, other electromagnetic wave interference in the use environment may cause instantaneous disconnection and jamming.
