3. Precautions
- Make sure the earbuds and Type-C port of the charging case are completely dry and clean before each charge.
- Please keep the earbuds dry and clean after each use.
- Please charge the charging case every 45 days at least to extend the battery life.
- If you meet any problems during use, please contact us through the after-sales service hotline or E-mail.
4. Wearing
- Choose the ear tips that best suits your ears.
- Place the ear hooks on the ears, and then insert the earbuds into the inner ear canals.
- Adjust the earbuds to the most comfortable position.
5. Charging
- Open or close the charging case to activate the LED battery indicators.
- For the first time use, please tear off the insulation film on the charging pins of earbuds, and then fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
- Please use the supplied Type-C cable to charge the charging case to prevent damage.
- Make sure the earbuds and Type-C port of the charging case are completely dry and clean before each charge.
6. On/Off
Open the charging case and the earbuds will turn on automatically.
Put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the charging case, the
earbuds will turn off automatically.

- If you want to turn on the earbuds manually, press and hold the multi-function button (MFB) on both earbuds for 2 seconds until the LED indicators of the earbuds display white light for 1 second.
- If you want to turn off the earbuds manually, press and hold the MFB on both earbuds for 5 seconds until the LED indicators of the earbuds display red light for 1 second.
- When one earbuds is turned off, the other earbud will not be turned off at the same time.
7. Pairing
True Wireless Stereo Pairing:
Open the charging case and the right earbud will pair with the left earbud
automatically.

Connect to Bluetooth Device:
- Open the charging case and wait for 1 to 3 seconds. When the LED indicator on one of the earbud flashes red and white alternately it indicate that the earbuds have successfully entered the Bluetooth connection mode.
- Turn on the Bluetooth function on your device and then click “AXLOIE S7”.
- Wait 3 to 5 seconds until a pop-up window appears, and then click ” Pair”. After the Bluetooth connection is successful the indicators of the two earbuds go out.

The earbuds will automatically connect to your most recently connected devices
(if available) when you turn on the AXLOIE earbuds each time.
To pair with another Bluetooth device, open the charging case and make sure
the earbuds are being charged, then press and hold the button on the charging
case for 3 seconds until the LED indicator on one of the earbuds flashes red
and white alternately.

10. Internal Storage
- Put the two earbuds into the charging case and close the cover of the case. Connect the charging case and the computer with the supplied Type-C cable. After a while, the computer will display the drive icon of AXLOIE S7 under Device and Drive area.
- Copy the target audio files to the Music folder under AXLOIE S7. During the copying process, please do not open or move the charging case and the computer until the file transfer is done.
- After the file transfer is done, find the drive icon in the notification area of the taskbar in the lower right corner of the computer, click to safely remove the hard drive.
- Finally, unplug the connected Type-C cable. Open the charging case and take out the earbuds to use them normally.
11. Reset
If there are any connection or function problems with the earbuds, you can try resetting the earbuds.
- Put the earbuds in the charging case and make sure they are being charged.
- Keep the charging case open, and then press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the earbuds flash red light 3 times, and then turn white. AT this time, all memory data will be cleared.
12. FAQs

The charging case’s battery still has power, but why can’t the earphones be charged?
A. For the first time use, please confirm weather the insulation films of the earbuds are removed when using the earbuds.
B. Use a clean cotton cloth to wipe the charging contacts and pins (golden parts) of the earbuds and the charging case to ensure there is no resides that prevent the earbuds from being charged. (If there is sweat or any liquid on the charging contacts on the charging case and earbuds, they may be connected. Please clean and dry before putting the earbuds into the charging case.) -
Why is there a jamming when using the earbuds?
Due to the characteristics of Bluetooth earbuds, other electromagnetic wave interference in the use environment may cause instantaneous disconnection and jamming.
