Mode operation – Battery information – Warning
Operation
– The POCKETSTAR has one mode of operation: High power (100%)
– Press once on the black switch situated above the reflector for the high
power. Press again to switch off the light.
Battery replacement
– Unscrew the tail cap cover half a turn to reveal the battery compartment.
– Place batteries positive pole (+) toward the head, then screw back on the
tail cap cover
Warning
– Do not expose the battery to excessive heat, to do so may cause an
explosion.
– Do not use metal objects to short circuit the positive and negative end of
the battery.
– Do not dispose of the battery in the domestic waste, please use the correct
method of disposal.
– Do not solder directly on to the battery.
– Do not let the battery become wet or immerse the battery in water.
– Keep the battery away from children.
– The operating temperature range of the flashlight’s battery: Charging: 0°C
to 45°C / Discharging: -20°C to 60°C
General
– Do not shine the flashlight directly into people’s eyes, as it may damage
their eyesight.
– Do not try to repair the unit or charger yourself.
– In case of any problems or questions please contact NightSearcher Limited or
an authorised distributor.
Safe disposal of waste electrical products and batteries.
If at any time, you need to dispose of this product or parts of this
product: please note that waste electrical products and batteries should not
be disposed of with ordinary household waste. Recycle where facilities exist
Check with your local authority for recycling advice. Alternatively,
NightSearcher is happy to take receipt of this product at end-of-life and will
recycle it on your behalf.
Warranty Terms – Standard 3 years
All NightSearcher products have a
3-year standard warranty on all manufacturing defects.
Extended Warranty: You have the option to extend the warranty of the
product to 5 years for manufacturing defects. Registration of the product must
be made within one month of purchase by sending us an email
sales@nightsearcher.co.uk. In the message
please state in your own words that you would like to register your
NightSearcher product for the extended warranty.
