THE POWER COSMIC
When you pass or land on GO, steal the Power Cosmic ring! Place it on your
token. Now, you may use your unique character power, described below and on
your character car

Green Goblin
When another player landson any corner space, steal 2 Cosmic Energy Units from them! -
Hela
Any time you owe a player a contract payment, subtract 2 Cosmic Energy Units from your payment -
Magneto
When another player lands on a Lair space, steal 2 Cosmic Energy Units from them! -
Dr. Doom
When a player owes you a contract payment, they must pay you an extra 2 Cosmic Energy Unit -
Thanos
When another player lands on a Reshape the Universe space, collect 2 Cosmic Energy Units from the Bank! -
Dark Phoenix
When another player lands on a Chance space, collect 2 Cosmic Energy Units from the Bank!
ACTION SPACES
GO
When you pass or land on the GO space, collect 4 Cosmic Energy Units from the
Bank, and immediately steal the Power Cosmic. You can now use your unique
character power
Free Parking
Relax! Nothing happens. Maybe practice your victory speech. CHARACTER POWERS
You’re rusty.
Chance and Reshape the Universe
Take the top card from the matching deck. If the card says to keep it until
you’re ready to use it, do so. Otherwise, read it aloud, and immediately do
what it says. Return it to the bottom of the appropriate deck when done.
Lairs
When you land on a Lair space, move to any contract on the board. Follow the
rules of the space where you land. If you pass the GO space, do not collect 4
Cosmic Energy Units from the Bank or take the Power Cosmic.
Just Visiting
Don’t worry—you’re Just Visiting. If you land here, put your token in the Just
Visiting section. Don’t forget to brag to an old adversary!
Go to Jail
Immediately move your token to the In Jail space! Do not collect 4 Cosmic
Energy Units or take the Power Cosmic for passing GO. Your turn is then over.
You may still collect payments, buy Stolen Tech and Bio Upgrades, auction, and
trade while you are in Jail. If you have the Power Cosmic, you may not use
your character power.
How do I get out of Jail?
You have 3 options:
- Pay 1 Cosmic Energy Unit at the start of your next turn, then roll and move as normal.
- Use a Get Out of Jail Free card at the start of your next turn if you have one (or buy one from another player). Put the card at the bottom of the appropriate deck, then roll and move.
- Roll 6 on your next turn. If you do, you’re free! Use the roll to move, and that’s the end of your turn. You can use up to three turns to try for a 6. If you don’t roll a 6 by your third turn in Jail, pay 1 Cosmic Energy Unit, and use your last roll to move.
UPGRADES
Adding Stolen Tech
As soon as you get a color set, you can start buying Stolen Tech (you don’t
have to wait for your turn).
Pay the Bank the cost on the contract card, and place a Stolen Tech on that contract. You must upgrade evenly. You cannot have a second Stolen Tech on a contract until you have one on each contract in the set. You can have 4 Stolen Tech on a contract.
Adding Bio Upgrades
Once you have 4 Stolen Tech on all contracts in a color set, you can pay for
Bio Upgrades. Pay the Bio Upgrade cost on the contract card, return all 4
Stolen Tech to the Bank, and put a Bio Upgrade on the contract. You can only
have 1 Bio Upgrade per contract. You can’t add any more Stolen Tech.
Not enough upgrades? If multiple players want to buy the last Stolen Tech or Bio Upgrade, the Banker must auction it. Bids start at 1 Cosmic Energy Unit and anyone can increase the bid by as little as 1 Cosmic Energy Unit. You don’t need to follow turn order. Payment goes to the Bank.
No upgrades left?
You can’t buy any until someone sells theirs back.
DEALS & TRADES EALS & TRADES
You can trade contracts with other players at any time. You must sell all upgrades on a color set to the Bank before you can give a contract back to the Bank or trade a contract to another player. You cannot sell or trade upgrades to another player. Contracts can be traded for other contracts and/or Reshape the Universe and Get Out of Jail Free cards. The amount is decided by the players making the deal.
IF YOU CAN’T PAY… F YOU CAN’T PAY

Try to raise Cosmic Energy Units.
If you owe payment, a Reshape the Universe or Chance card fee, or you land on an unrecruited contract and can’t pay, try to raise Cosmic Energy Units by selling back upgrades or selling Reshape the Universe or Get Out of Jail Free cards. No stealing!
Selling Upgrades
Sell Bio Upgrades back to the Bank for their cost, and immediately exchange them for 4 Stolen Tech. Sell Stolen Tech back to the Bank for their cost. Stolen Tech must be sold evenly across the color set.
Still owe Cosmic Energy Units?
If you still owe a player payment and don’t have any Stolen Tech or Bio Upgrades to sell, you must transfer one of your contracts to that player to settle your debt. If you still owe the Bank, return one contract to the Bank to settle your debt. -
if you don’t have any contracts left, you are bankrupt and out of the game!
Do you owe another player?
Give them any Reshape the Universe and/or Get Out of Jail Free cards you have.
Do you owe the Bank?
Return any Reshape the Universe and/or Get Out of Jail Free cards you have to the bottom of the appropriate deck.
The remaining players keep playing until there is only one person left in the game. That player is the winner—the universe’s most diabolical Super Villain!

Do you have what it takes to be a Super Villain? o you have what it takes
to be a Super Villain? Move around the board, recruiting as many ove around

SUPER VILLAINS?
Recruit Super Villains to form a sinister team!
Properties are Super Villain contracts. When you land on a contract space ,you
must recruit that Super Villain. If you recruit all the Super Villains in a
color set, you can buy them Stolen Tech and Bio Upgrades, and charge your
enemies even more!
**Apprehend the Power Cosmic and use your great power!
** Each Super Villain token has a unique power. When you pass GO, steal the Power Cosmic ring, and put it on your token. Whenever you have the Power Cosmic, you get to use the power on your character card!
Infiltrate Lairs!
When you land on a Lair space, you may move to any contract on the board!
Use Reshape the Universe cards to scheme against other players!
When you land on a Reshape the Universe space, draw a Reshape the Universe
card. These let you commit dastardly deeds, like collecting other players’
payments. Are you ready to take on the universe?
SET IT UP!’
- Choose someone to be the Banker. The Banker’s in charge of:
- The Bank’s Cosmic Energy Units
- Stolen Tech
- Bio Upgrades Contract cards Auctions
- The Banker can play too but must keep their Cosmic Energy Units separate from the Bank.
5x (worth 1 Cosmic Energy Unit each)
5x (worth 5 Cosmic Energy Units each)
(Total = 30 Cosmic Energy Units)
PLAY!
How to win
Move around the board recruiting as many Super Villains and armies as you can.
The bigger your terrible team, the more payments you’ll be able to collect
from other players. If you’re the last player with Cosmic Energy Units when
all other players are bankrupt, you win!
Who goes first?
Each player rolls the die. The highest roller starts, and play moves to the
left.
On your turn
- Roll the die.
- Move your token clockwise that number of spaces.
- Where did you land? Carry out the rules of that board space. See THE BOARD SPACES.
- If you pass or land on GO, grab the Power Cosmic ring. See POWERS.
- Your turn ends. Pass the die to your left
Start playing!
That’s all you need to know, so start scheming! Look up the spaces as you
land on them.

PROPERTIES
There are two types of properties: Super Villain contracts, which come in
color sets, and army contracts, which are the Chitauri and Skrull Army
Unrecruited Contracts
When you land on an unrecruited Super Villain, you must recruit them! Pay the price on the board space, and take that Super Villain’s contract card.
If you can’t afford to pay, try to raise Cosmic Energy Units by selling back Stolen Tech, Bio Upgrades, or Reshape the Universe and/or Get Out of Jail Free cards.

Collect color sets!
When you have recruited both Super Villains in a color set, you can:
- Collect twice the payment for those Super Villains!
- Enhance them with Stolen Tech and Bio Upgrades, and charge even more! See UPGRADES
Recruited Contracts
When you land on a contract that another player has recruited, that player
must ask you for payment. If they do, you must pay. If they don’t ask before
the next player rolls the die, you don’t have to pay!
Super Villain Contracts
Pay the amount shown on the contract card
Army Contracts (Chitauri and Skrull Army)
Roll the die to determine payment. If the player has 1 army contract, payment
is the amount shown on the die. If the player has both army contracts, payment
is double the amount shown on the die.
