BATTERY
Operation
- Rotate the headlight clockwise to turn on the light and anti-clockwise to switch the light off.
Battery Installation
- Unscrew the cover retaining screw and remove the cover to reveal the battery compartment.
- Insert 3 x AAA batterie, Fill new batteries according to the (+) positive and (-) negative marks inside the battery compartment.
- Then replace the cover in line with the screw. Then lock in position by tightening the screw.
Battery Replacement – USE ONLY BATTERY TYPE BELOW // ALKALINE TYPE PREFERED BATTERIES RECOMMENDED BY NIGHTSEARCHER
- Energizer® Lithium AA/AAA batteries
ALTERNATIVE BATTERIES RECOMMENDED
- Energizer® E92, Duracell® MN2400, Panasonic® AAA LR03, Rayovac® AAA LR03
Warning – REPLACE BATTERIES ONLY IN NON HAZARDOUS AREAS
- The screw shall be secured tightly after opening and closing of the enclosure – Do not flash the light beam directly to people’s eyes
General Warning
- Do not open the light in hazardous locations
- Replace batteries only in non-hazardous areas
- Do not mix new batteries with used batteries or mix batteries from different battery manufacturer or from different type
- Remove the batteries when unused for a period of time to prevent battery leakage in the device
- Substitution of components may impair intrinsic safety
Safe disposal of waste electrical products, batteries If at any time, you need to dispose of this product or parts of this product: please note that waste electrical products and batteries should not be disposed of with ordinary household waste. Recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local authority for recycling advice. Alternatively, NightSearcher is happy to take receipt of this product at end-of-life and will recycle it on your behalf.
Warranty Terms
All NightSearcher products have a 3-year standard warranty on all manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Extended Warranty: Customers have the option to extend the warranty of the product to 5 years for manufacturing defects. Registration of the product must be made within one month of purchase by sending us an email at sales@nightsearcher.co.uk.
