LIMITED WARRANTY
Mr. Heater, Inc. warrants its heaters and accessories to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Mr. Heater, Inc. will repair or replace this product free of charge if it has been proven to be defective within the 1-year period, and is returned at customer expense with proof of purchase to Mr. Heater, Inc. within the warranty period. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Mr. Heater, Inc. reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice or obligation, in colors, specifications, accessories, materials, and models.
