Overview
Congratulations on purchasing your Optional Cable Kit for Avaya CU360. This kit extends the features and experience of CU users. It provides an audio- video grabber that allows you to connect a wired computer output to the CU360 as a presentation source. The Grabber is designed to capture audio and video HDMI source from a computer, transferring it to your CU360. Note : For further information please use the following QR code.

- 1x USB 3.0 adapter Type A/F to Type C/M
Audio-Video Grabber
The computer will be used as an audio-video source for content on the CU360.
Note: Not all resolutions from the computer are supported.

Connect the computer to be used as a presentation source to the HDMI INPUT connector on the Audio-Video Grabber.

Connect the USB 3.0 cable between the CU360 USB port type A and the Grabber USB port.
Note : Avaya suggests using the provided USB cable only, rather than a third-party USB cable for this link. -
Once the HDMI Grabber is connected as described in this guide, press the Present Button During a call, a menu on screen will show the available options: select “USB” and the CU360 will start sharing the content of the computer display connected to the HDMI port of the device. Note :
- The mini-jack audio input can be used as CU360 line-in audio (not as a microphone).
- The mini-jack audio output provides a mix of line-in and HDMI audio.

Important!
- If you need to use a USB hub to connect the Audio-Video grabber to the CU360, ensure that it is 3.0 and properly powered on.
- When the grabber is in use the device could reset unexpectedly due to excessive power consumption from the grabber if the USB hub is not 3.0 or is not properly powered.
Note : The grabber must be connected to the USB type A of the CU360; the USB-C to USB-A adapter is suitable to connect USB disks or control devices, such as keyboard, mouse, and touch screen.
