Precautions

Do not use the watch in damp environments or environments with magnetic fields to avoid internal circuit faults.
Do not use the watch in thunderstorm days to avoid device faults or electric shocks
Use the watch in an environment where the temperature is between O’C and 35C and the humidity is between 35% and 85%. and store the watch in an environment where the temperature is between -20C and 45`C. Extreme heat or cold may affect use or damage the watch and battery.
Charge the watch in an environment where the temperature is between St and 35t to avoid deteriorated battery performance or short standby time. If the watch temperature is lower than 20’C or higher than 40″C. it cannot enter the quick charging mode.
Choose only chargers, data cables, batteries. and other accessories: approved for use with this model by OnePlus to prevent electric shock& lire, explosion, or other risks.
Do not expose the watch to direct sunlight. such as on a car dashboard or window sit.
Keep the watch away from sources of heat and lire. such as a heater. microwave oven, water heater, stove, Candle. or Other high-temperature paces.

Battery warning

Cleaning and maintenance

Keep the watch and its accessories dry. Do not use external heating devices such as a microwave oven or hairdryer to dry the watch.
Do not place the watch and its accessories in extreme heat or cold environments to avoid device faults, fire, or explosions.
If the watch is equipped with a leather strap, do not expose the watch to strong or direct sunlight or high-temperature and damp environments. If the leather strap is wet with water or sweat, wipe the water or sweat and place the watch at a cool and well-ventilated place to dry it. Do not use external heating devices such as a microwave oven or hairdryer to dry the wet leather strap. Otherwise, the leather strap surface may shrink or inflate.
If the watch is equipped with a light-colored strap, do not contact it with dark clothes to avoid dyeing.

OnePlus devices purchased on oneplus.com or authorized sales channels come with a limited warranty. The duration of this warranty is dependent on the original country or region of purchase and is only redeemable within the original country or region. Unless otherwise specified, this warranty covers the hardware components of the product as originally supplied and does not cover, or partially covers, software, consumable items, or accessories, even if packaged or sold together with the product. The limited warranty only covers functional defects of products caused by workmanship or build materials. The limited warranty does not cover

Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by OnePlus.
Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.
Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
Ordinary wear and tear.
Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.
Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.
Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and 3rd party software problems introduced into the product.

Return Policy (Limited to North America & Europe)

OnePlus phones and accessories are made to the highest standards and undergo rigorous testing. If you are not satisfied with your OnePlus product for any reason, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery. Once we approve your return request and receive the product, we will perform a standard inspection. And if the product passes the inspection, we will give you a full refund. Any shipping and handling fees incurred in the return process are not covered by the refund. Return requests made outside of the 15-day period will not be accepted. We may also choose not to accept returns within these circumstances:

Defects or damages caused by misuse, neglect, physical damage, tampering, incorrect adjustment, normal wear, and tear, or incorrect installation after purchase.
