Ear tip fit

An ear tip that fits just right can provide better noise cancellation and sound quality while offering greater comfort. Try to pick a pair of ear tips that make a good seal with your ear canals. Please note that you might need different sizes for your left and right ears.

• The medium size comes already attached.

• Pairing and connecting
  To connect the buds to a OnePlus 6 (or later versions), enable Bluetooth on the OnePlus mobile phone, open the charging case of the buds, place the charging case close to the phone, and follow the prompts.

• To connect to a non-OnePlus phone or another Bluetooth device, place OnePlus Nord Buds 2 into the charging case with the cover opened. Press and hold the setup button of the charging case for 2s to enter Bluetooth settings. Then, select OnePlus Nord Buds 2

• To restore factory settings, place the buds into the charging case with the cover opened. Press and hold the setup button of the charging case for 15s until the indicator blinks red.

Buds details

• For OnePlus 6 (or later versions)
  You can set buds details and upgrade the software version of the buds under Settings > Bluetooth.

• Other Android phones
  Download and install HeyMelody to obtain features of the buds and upgrade the software version for an enhanced listening experience.

Play control

You can customize the single-tap, double-tap, and triple-tap functions of the left bud and right bud on the phone to perform different commands:

Charging

Battery level
When earbuds are inside the charging case, the indicator shows the battery level of the earbuds.

When earbuds are removed from the charging case, the indicator shows the battery level of the charging case.

• Green indicator: high battery level
• Yellow indicator: medium battery level
• Red indicator: low battery level

Hearing Protection

Battery Safety

• Please use the certified adapter for charging.

Operation Environment

• Do not use the device in a wet environment or near a magnetic field to avoid internal circuit malfunction of the device.
• Please do not use the device in thunderstorm weather. Thunderstorms may cause malfunction of the device or risks of electric shock.
• Please use the device within a temperature range of 0°C +35°C and store the device and its accessories within a temperature range of -10°C~+50°C. Extremely high or low temperatures may cause malfunction of the device. The performance of the battery may compromise when the temperature is lower than 5°C.
• Do not place the device in a position subject to direct sunlight, such as a car dashboard or window sill.
• Do not expose the device to hot places or ignition sources, such as electric heaters, ovens, microwaves, water heaters, stoves, candles, or any other place that may generate heat.
• Do not place pins and other sharp metal items around the receivers or speakers, so as to avoid metal items being attached which may cause harm to you.

Care and Maintenance

• If you are not using the earphones, please put the earphones back into Charging Case to prevent loss and charge the headset in time.
• Please keep the device and its accessories in a dry environment. Do not dry the device by using heating devices such as microwaves or hair dryers.
• Do not place the device and its accessories in an area where the temperature is too high or too low; otherwise, it may cause malfunction, fire, or explosion.
• Before cleaning and maintenance, please stop using the device, close all apps, and disconnect the device from other devices. Do not use strong chemical products, detergents, or cleaning equipment to clean the device and its accessories. Please use a clean, dry, and soft cloth to wipe the device or its accessories.
• Do not put magnetic stripe cards (such as bank cards, SIM cards, etc.) together with the device for a long time because magnetic stripe cards may be damaged by magnetic fields.

• Do not disassemble or modify the device and its accessories, otherwise, the warranty will not be applicable. If a malfunction of the device happens, please contact the authorized service centers.

Warning
