ONEPLUS NXX 5G Smart Phone

Note: This device is not suitable for people who have a visual impairment due to the touchscreen keyboard.

Installing the SIM Card

Insert the SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card to start using the device.

1. Insert the ejection pin into the hole beside the card tray.
2. Pull out the card tray.
3. Put the Nano SIM card on the card tray with the gold- colored contacts facing down.
4. Insert the card tray back into the slot.

Please use the SIM Tray Ejector (found in the box) to remove the SIM tray from the device and insert Nano SIM cards in the tray.

Clone Phone

Clone Phone can easily transfer your data from your old device, whether it is with the Android or iOS platform, to the new OnePlus device.

1. Tap the Clone Phone icon to open the APP.
2. Choose “This is the new…” and selects your old device type*, follow the prompts to connect your phones and transfer the data.

If the old device is also OnePlus with the APP, the OnePlus Switch installed. Use “OnePlus Switch” to scan the QR code of the new device’s Clone Phone.

OnePlus Account

To access updated information and enjoy all of the OnePlus services, it is necessary to sign in to your account.
From your new OnePlus device, tap Settings > Users & accounts

• OnePlus Account >Login/Register. Then follow the guidelines to login/register your account. You can also choose “Login With Google” or “Login With Facebook”.

Wi-Fi Calling

• Wi-Fi connection required; may decrement plan minutes.
• Most devices will not transition between Wi-Fi and the cellular network. See your selected service for details.
• Devices, and screen images are simulated. Coverage not avai-lable in some areas. See your wireless carrier’s Terms and Co-nditions ( including arbitration provision ), for rate plan infor-mation, charges for features and services, and restrictions and details, including important limitations on availability and re-liability of 9-1-1 emergency service when using Wi-Fi calling.

Emergency Dialing

If your phone has network coverage, dial the emergency number and touch to make an emergency call. This works even without a SIM card and without typing the PIN code. Although all phones are equipped with 9-1-1 emergncy calling, this phone may or may not permit its location to be approximated during a 9-1-1 call.

Approved Firmware Versions

This device will only operate with firmware versions that have been approved for use by your wireless carrier and the device manufacturer. If unauthorized firmware is placed on the device it will not function.
