FAQ
-
Why does fog often appear on screen?
In order to ensure the safety of a screen, this product adds a layer of tempered glass to the outside of the screen, and in order to ensure heat dissipation, there must be a certain gap between two, which is used to reserve air channels for air convection.
the main cause of fog is that there is a temperature difference between screen temperature and outside temperature, and hot air condenses on glass surface with a lower temperature to produce water fog. Water mist generally does not affect normal use. the mist will slowly evaporate and disappear after half an hour of use. -
Why do devices in different environments have different startup times?
Under normal circumstances, if the device is poisoned by an external USB flash drive, Internet access, or hard disk space is full, or system disk is damaged, slow booting will occur. Professional engineers will judge and guide you to solve problems remotely. -
There is no sound from the external laptop device?
If it is a VGA cable connection, it is only for image transmission, and then an audio cable needs to be connected. Similarly, the only connecting audio cable will not produce sound. You need to connect VGA cable to recognize the VGA channel or you can choose an HDMI cable connection. -
With limited touch pens, what can replace a touch pen book for flexible writing without scratching the screen?
You can temporarily use your fingers instead of writing, and you can re- purchase if necessary. -
Is it normal to feel that the screen body is overheated after using it for a period of time? Does it matter?
It is normal for a screen to heat up, just like a TV at home, it will generally not have any adverse effects. At present, heat dissipation design of our whole machine is in leading position in industry, is industry standard setter, and complies with international health standards. -
Will long-term use cause damage to the eyes?
The human eye’s recognition of flicker is 50Hz. the human eye can perceive it below 50Hz, and eye muscles constantly adjust to adapt to flicker causing eye fatigue. This product uses a 60Hz liquid crystal display, so human eye can actually not feel flicker of screen. Compared with other similar products, it can Relieve eye fatigue. -
Why network signal poor?
Please check back of screen, on the mini-computer host, whether the antenna is well connected.
