Operating instructions for hand pump water feature
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully before use!
Please retain for future reference.
- Always unplug the water feature before placing your hands in the water.
- Insert the plug into indoor sockets only, unless the plug is used inside a protective enclosure.
- Always ensure that the power socket is above the height of the cable exit point.
- The electrical cable must be kept at a distance from places where it could get stuck or damaged.
- If the cable is buried, make sure it is protected from accidental damage by enclosing it in a suitable electrical conduit.
- When moving the water feature, it must always be first drained of water before lifting it, otherwise, it may be damaged.
- The electrical cable for the pump cannot be replaced. If the cable is damaged the pump must be discarded.
- Do not use the pump when water is above 30C or when the water is frozen. In addition, the pump must not be used to pump flammable liquids.
- This water feature is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the operation of the water feature by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the water feature.
- The pump must be powered through a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mm.

ASSEMBLY
- Place the water feature on a level surface, away from areas where it is likely to get clogged with leaves.
- Place the pump into the water feature and make sure the cable passes through the duct in the water feature base. Connect the pump to the water feature hose before fitting the up per section. Connect the pump to the transformer.
OPERATION
- Fill the water feature reservoir with water.
- Insert the mains plug into the socket and start the pump. After a short while, the water will start to flow.
