WIPE DOWN ALL CONTACT PARTS / EMPTY WASTE BUCKE:
- BUCKET – empty and wipe (insert overfill weight)
- DRIP TRAY/CHUTE – remove and clean
- FLAVOUR DECK – wipe down
- MIXING BOWLS – wipe clean (important)
- IMPELLORS – wipe clean
- BUCKET – place onto sanitation hook and FLUSH
ALSO CLEAN – FLOOR / BOTTLE DISPENSE AREA
WEEKLY CLEANING
REMOVE HYGIENE PARTS AND THOROUGHLY CLEANSE:
- BUCKET – empty and wipe (insert overfill weight)
- DRIP TRAY/CHUTE – remove and clean
- FLAVOUR DECK – wipe down
- NOZZLES – remove from dispense head & clean
- CANISTER CHUTES – remove and clean
- MIXING BOWLS – wipe clean (important)
- WHIPPER BASE – twist to remove and clean
- IMPELLORS – remove and clean
- BUCKET – place onto sanitation hook and FLUSH
- UV FILTER – check operational, flush – observe GREEN light
ALSO CLEAN – FLOOR / BOTTLE DISPENSER AREA:
